Lift access from the car park is unsigned, forcing guests who have never been there to go around.

There was tissue in the toilet, forgot to flush it or the staff didn't clean it.

Tunjungan Hotel is strategically located, just a short walk to Tunjungan Plaza. Clean rooms, friendly staff. It's worth staying here.

Overall, it was okay, comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. There was only one downside. The bed in my room, I don't know why it was old or what, so it was a bit concave in the middle. But that's understandable, it's an old hotel. Hopefully, they can upgrade it in the future. 👍
