There was a small incident during check-in, the room that was supposed to be for me was actually occupied by someone else who changed rooms without confirming it with the lobby, so I ended up having to wait 3 hours for a replacement room. At that time, I intentionally booked a deluxe premier room with a king bed, but I was given a room with 2 single beds at a much cheaper price than the room I booked. However, when I confirmed, they said it was subject to room availability, with no compensation for the price difference. Honestly, I was quite disappointed, and only stayed there once. I don't think the hotel is ready to accept online bookings.
