I like the overall ambience of the hotel. The place was very accessible, it’s right in front of the main road. The staff were helpful and they keep the hotel clean. There’s a mini fridge in the room which is very helpful to stock on leftover foods/drinks. I got a good view from my room. The only minus point I think is the Wi-Fi, it doesn’t connect nicely. But overall I’m very satisfied staying here for four nights. Might come staying here again later!

The room was nice, spacious, and clean. It's close to the mall and supermarket. A layperson wouldn't think there was a guesthouse there, as the front of the building resembles a restaurant. However, there were no slippers or amenities, and drinking water couldn't be refilled (in the room I booked). Overall, it was comfortable and the service was satisfactory. Sorry, I didn't have time to take photos or videos of the room.

The hotel is clean, large, and the staff is friendly. The location is perfect.

The food at Tjendana Restaurant is delicious, and the coffee is delicious for a standard price. The hotel room is very clean, comfortable, and affordable. It should be 10 stars.

It was a pleasure staying here. The room was spacious and quite luxurious for a reasonable price. The TV was also large.

My new favorite hotel, close to Zen and PVJ. The staff is friendly.

Honest review! Strategic location is a plus point. If possible, the hotel sign should be made bigger or colored because the restaurant sign is more striking. So so so so BAD because the room is not soundproof at all. Imagine we have been given a room on the 2nd floor, the room position faces the road, with the room condition not soundproof at all. From night to dawn we couldn't sleep because it was so noisy. There was only water, 1 bar of soap and towels. Don't expect the rest to be like in hotels in general. The room space is very big, according to the picture. Please consider Hopefully the shortcomings can be improved. Because the location and room are already good

The hotel room and atmosphere feel comfortable but it will be even more comfortable when the room is soundproof...

The staff is very friendly, the environment is clean, but unfortunately the room facilities such as the plugs are broken even though they are needed to charge the cellphone, the TV has no signal (bringing children so it is really needed for children to watch). Luckily there is Wi-Fi so the children just play with their cellphones. In the bathroom, the hot water can't be turned on because the shower faucet is broken, the bathroom door is also broken. Unfortunately I forgot to take a picture.

The bathroom is moldy, the exhaust fan is dead, water is leaking from the shower. The plus is the spacious room, the bed is big and soft.
