Hospitality is not just about service, but the art of making customers feel valued. A genuine smile, especially from a front-desk receptionist, is one of the languages of hospitality. My experience staying here for only one night, I was very satisfied with the facilities, food, and the hospitality of staff members, EXCEPT for one front desk receptionist named Shiva. If there was any misunderstanding regarding the facilities offered by the app and hotel policies, the receptionist should still provide information with a smile and friendly manner. Shiva, you have to learn a lot about hospitality and how to deal with customers in the most engaging and friendly manner.
