I've stayed at Hotel Sensa Bandung twice. So far, I've had no issues with the comfort of the rooms, the food, or the friendly staff. I'll probably stay at Hotel Sensa again next time I'm in Bandung. Please maintain the hotel's comfort and, if necessary, improve it to make it even better.

The service, location, and food were all good. The room was also quite clean, but the bathroom shower didn't work properly. The head and hand shower would spray water at the same time.

Please, if possible, have a warm swimming pool, the children won't be able to stand the cold like at the Mercure Setia Budi Hotel.

Hospitality is not just about service, but the art of making customers feel valued. A genuine smile, especially from a front-desk receptionist, is one of the languages of hospitality. My experience staying here for only one night, I was very satisfied with the facilities, food, and the hospitality of staff members, EXCEPT for one front desk receptionist named Shiva. If there was any misunderstanding regarding the facilities offered by the app and hotel policies, the receptionist should still provide information with a smile and friendly manner. Shiva, you have to learn a lot about hospitality and how to deal with customers in the most engaging and friendly manner.

The location is very strategic in the mall, lots of food and shopping centers in Cihampelas mall.

However, there are some shortcomings with this hotel. The front office/reception staff (female) were unfriendly and slow. Customer service was also lacking, with no smiles and a sullen air. Room preparation took a long time, so I had to wait almost an hour to get into my room. Upon entering, the room still smelled fishy, as if it had been mopped. The only good thing about this hotel was the breakfast, which was varied and tasty. The location is convenient, as it's adjacent to a mall.

Satisfied staying in the senior executive type with spacious rooms, wide windows, and a view of the Pasupati flyover which is very nice at night.

The food is delicious... I've stayed at Sensa several times, and it's good.

The staff are friendly. The cleanliness of the room and hotel is also good. However, the AC in the room is not cold enough, I have called and checked but it is still not cold enough even though it is 16' but it is not cold. The room size is too small, because previously I have stayed in a Junior Executive room, the room was spacious and I still remember, but this room is the same type but cramped. The TV is not a smart TV. Those are the only drawbacks. Hopefully it will be better. Thank you.

My first experience staying at Sensa, the hotel room was spacious 👍🏼. And the hotel's location is very strategic👍🏼. Breakfast was pretty good 👍🏼. The swimming pool is just a little small for children under 10 years old.
