The location is really the best, the room comfort is also top-notch, the room service is fast and on time, the receptionist is friendly and helpful, there is plenty of parking.

Toilet shower was not properly managed. The upper shower is leaking while using the other shower. The toilet pump also is not functioning well, making it hard to press after using it.

The food is delicious... I've stayed at Sensa several times, and it's good.

The staff are friendly. The cleanliness of the room and hotel is also good. However, the AC in the room is not cold enough, I have called and checked but it is still not cold enough even though it is 16' but it is not cold. The room size is too small, because previously I have stayed in a Junior Executive room, the room was spacious and I still remember, but this room is the same type but cramped. The TV is not a smart TV. Those are the only drawbacks. Hopefully it will be better. Thank you.

My first experience staying at Sensa, the hotel room was spacious 👍🏼. And the hotel's location is very strategic👍🏼. Breakfast was pretty good 👍🏼. The swimming pool is just a little small for children under 10 years old.
