We had a delightful stay at this hotel, with a room affording wonderful views over Cathedral Square. The rooms were beautifully bright, complemented by charming Juliette windows. Breakfast was a serene affair, the dining room offered a peaceful atmosphere with a fine selection of fruits, yoghurts, and pastries, alongside a cooked-to-order menu. It provided a perfect, tranquil start to the day before heading out into the vibrant hustle and bustle of Almería. Looking forward to our next visit hopefully sometime next year.

The staff were excellent and helpful. The roof terrace wasn't available due to wind and the junior suite opened to the side of the building with a view to the plaza in front of the cathedral with a bit of a stretch. The floor wasn't very clean in our room and what at first appeared to be complementary water and coffee was definitely not gratis. The location is perfect and parking is possible but around the corner, requiring a staff member to assist in parking and retrieving a car. It was a pleasant stay with a few disappointments.

Our room was large, but smelled of Toilet exhaust…they clearly have a problem, and covered it up by using scents after we complained….the general maintenance is lacking with bubbles in the ceiling and trims on doors falling off. The rooms are very sparsely furnished, and the bathroom while large is not well laid out. The saving grace is that our room was not expensive. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast is inexpensive (12E/p) and adequate. The rooftop lounge is nice and has a lovely view of Catedral Plaza. Parking is secure and only 500 feet away, accompanied by a junior staff member to let you in and out.

there was a wedding at the hotel on the day that we arrived so restaurant was closed - had to eat on roof terrace - meal was poor - service was helpful but overall the only BAD meal we had on our Spanish road trip. We checked out a day early not to waste any more time in Almeria.

The hotel was in a perfect location for touring the old town! The front desk staff and our servers in the restaurant, especially Yass made our ordering seamless, The food was very good! We enjoyed our stay!

I enjoyed my stay and the breakfast was excellent and it was lovely to receive an upgrade. Thank you The only thing I would like to suggest is there are no usb plugs in the rooms and that would help a lot. Thank you

Great location, friendly and helpful staff

Grand room, very well cleaned although maintainance could be improved - for example tile replacement handiwork leaves a lot to be desired. Very large and comfortable bed. Small in room fridge was great. Good quality pod coffee machine in the room, but I've never been charged for in room coffee in a 4 star hotel before. Breakfast was good but no option to book with room, so had to pay €12 pp per day, about 80% of buffet/menu items were available. Staff friendly and polite. Lovely building, fantastic location. Stayed in Feb 2026, as with most things in the city during off peak season, availability and opening hours varied without notice. For example the pool cocktail bar wasn't open at all the nights we were there (Sat-Tues), but other venues elsewhere were. If you are a light sleeper be aware that the catedral bells sound each quarter and on the hour every hour 08:00-00:00.

Everything perfect, including a surprise room upgrade. A bit noisy from revellers outside but the hotel itself is fabulous.

Very nice hotel and lovely staff. Only 2 issues...sheets didnt fit the bed and very slow restaurant service. We left to find a restaurant outside the hotel twice.

The hotel is in a great location and has some lovely facilities, such as the roof top bar and pool, cool bar downstairs and restaurant. We had a junior suite in the original part of the building, the condition of the room for the cost was disappointing. The toilet wasnt attached to the wall so when sat on it banged, not good in the middle of the night, the paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling, and overall it was tired. The shower was powerful and clean. For the price of the room having to pay for even a small bottle of water or a hot drink in room we felt was cheeky! The staff were great and very friendly.

Lovely hotel, in the centre of Almeria. Rooftop bar, restaurant and a small pool. Restaurant food was delicious and the service is lovely! Highly recommended.

Everything was great. Situated right next to the Cathedral in center. Parking was a problem but there was a garage close. Roof bar was great overlooking the Cathedral and square lots of great restaurants nearby.
