We hand no running water and could not shower after a beach day before departing. Very disappointing. Breakfast and location were great. Rooms a bit dated, but ok.

Great place for summer fun in Italy. Off the beaten path....so maybe not for everyone. Excellent staff and not too far from beach.

Not in Forte Dei Marmi. Its 15mins by taxi. 60mins walk.

We stayed for three nights and were welcomed warmly. The staff ate stars at this homeland Sabrina on reception deserves special mention. Nothing was too much trouble and an aperitif for my husband's 50th birthday was a delightful touch. Rooms are clean and comfortable with great views over the hills. Pretty rooftop terrace and pool. Would certainly recommend.

Best for beach. Old town was a cab ride away. Pool good, but a bit small. Doesn't matter as beach close.

Great breakfast, helpful staff, modern room, lovely rooftop terrace. Walk to beaches. Short drive to Pietrasanta. Wonderful.

The hotel was recommended to us and we had not been to this part of Italy before We were not disappointed, rather surprised at the warmth of all the local people, especially at the Zen Hotel. They looked after us throughout our stay.

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff were all very helpful and extremely polite. It is a very nice place to stay and the price was great. Since we were there in late October the pool wasn't warm enough to swim in but the roof top is amazing. The views are worth the stay! We would return to this hotel again.

Ottima posizione, personale gentile e qualificato. Camera ampia molto pulita, e con tutto quello che richiede un 4 stelle. Colazione internazionale ottima e con ampia scelta. Ci ritorneremo !

Mot vad vi betalade per natt för detta så är allt annat än full pott för detta hotell galet. Supertrevlig personal som gör allt för att ge så bra service som möjligt! Poolen på taket är underbar som komplement till havet, dessutom kan man dra igång bubblorna som barnen uppskattar. Man promenerar till stranden på 5min och parkering funkar bra längs gatan (gratis). Frukosten är fantastisk!

Séjour absolument impeccable. Dîner tous les soirs à l hôtel excellente cuisine. Personnel et réception serviable et sympathique. Avec la langue anglaise et allemande je n ai eu aucun souci de compréhension. Je conseille vivement cet hôtel qui par ailleurs est situé dans un quartier calme et surtout Secure! Nous y avons passé 5 magnifiques jours
