It's always fun to host every campus event, also using the Rinjani ballroom which is highly recommended for many participants, up to 1000s.

The place is comfortable and close to everything. However, it's a shame that the Wi-Fi is not very good (slow), and there's no signal in the back rooms. Furthermore, most of the food was cold, and the rice cakes were very hard.

Our family stay was very comfortable and satisfying. The only problem was that the Wi-Fi in the room was difficult to connect to and not very good. Hopefully, this can be improved, as we might stay again.

The service is excellent, and from the past until now, it remains a beautiful and peaceful place to rest. The food is good. It's worth noting that, although I found it minor, the lighting in the hallway leading to the rooms is inadequate. And when I stayed on the 5th floor for two nights (June 24-26, 2026), the elevator on the right had trouble loading. As a suggestion, there should be an attendant in front of the elevator for safety and comfort. Overall, it's recommended.
