Thank you very much for 2 days. but for suggestion, the bedsheets could be more carefully looked after please, it's a bit smelly.

For this price, it's a bit too expensive, maybe they just got the most expensive ones. The sheets and pillows have stains, the room is stuffy and a bit smelly.

The bed wasn't clean enough and the facilities were poorly maintained (the water heater was broken, the TV mount was crooked, and some lights weren't working). The hotel could do better with its facilities.

The staff is cooperative and friendly. The bathroom exhaust is dead, so the floor is damp.

The hotel staff is friendly. Personal amenities such as towels and sheets are very dirty and unsuitable for new guests. Please clean and repair the deluxe rooms.
