Everyone was very impressed, especially the staff member, Lia. She helped carry our luggage from our room to the lobby, even though she's the receptionist. I don't know where the room service is, but there's no one there. Thank you, Lia.

Coming back a second time, as this hotel will be my favorite if I return to Kuching again.

Room was nice, a bit small, will be a bit noisy if your room has a window part.

Everything is okay, except if we bring our own vehicle and want to park it is complicated, we have to report to the receptionist first and we can't park directly in an empty space.

We stayed in a Family Room, which was indeed windowless. The deposit required was quite substantial, RM200, and a RM10 tourism tax was charged upon check-out. The location is strategically located near the Cat Statue. It's within walking distance to the waterfront, but it's quite far, about 12-15 minutes. Finding food is easy; there are many food stalls across the street, close to McDonald's, and a short walk towards the Sheraton is the popular eatery, TOP SPOT. The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The downside is the large deposit and the tax charged on top of the room rate.
