The hotel is in the heart of Kuantan town, easy to access. The biggest hotel room ever with such a low price. The best shower I had with good water pressure. Room clean and tidy. Breakfast is good for the price you've paid. Will stay again next time.

Everything is almost well. Room is huge but the downsides are the worn/shabby wood materials such as toilet door, mirror frame and etc. Worried about splinters stuck in your skin at the toilet door. Room 1107. Another, much better if price online inclusive of breakfast.

Check-in and check-out was smooth. No issues at all. Although the Hotel was a bit rundown, but nothing major considering the price. Hope they maintain and improve the quality of the room, relatively with the room prices.
