This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I enjoyed everything about it—the room, the food, and the location. I received a complimentary upgrade from a Deluxe to a Deluxe Corner room. Compared to my first stay, however, the Deluxe Corner room I had in December was better. One minor point for improvement: the toilet flush was a bit hard to press. Otherwise, everything was excellent. Thank you.

This was my first time here with my family, and everything was comfortable. The facilities were great. The breakfast was complete and delicious.

The hotel is located very close to the old town, where you can stroll around and admire the Dutch-era buildings. 👍🙂 I've tried two of the restaurants here (Ji Long & Dheritage), both of which are must-visit. Highly recommended for those looking for the best local or Chinese dishes, not only for the food, but also for the architecture and design. There is a bus stop nearby, about a 5-minute walk, so we can get around the city using the Medan busway, all very convenient, safe, clean, and affordable transportation systems. Overall, I enjoyed my stay.
