One of the reasons we always choose this hotel is its Lontong Medan. The kids absolutely love it. Furthermore, the location is excellent, making it easy to get to the mall and everywhere else, including being very close to the jogging track at Medan's Merdeka Square. The kids also love the swimming pool.

This hotel is luxurious and very clean, with wonderful and friendly staff. First impressions were great! The facilities are great. There's a pool, but it's mostly geared towards kids and young families (which is fine). There are plenty of family-friendly activities, which is great. There's a pretty good gym to use. The sheets and towels are clean, and there's a TV and good WiFi. The breakfast menu is also excellent.

The staff was very helpful, the rooms were clean, and all the facilities were safe and running smoothly. The kids loved the swimming pool, too. The breakfast was varied and delicious.

I'd like to share my first stay at Grand Cityhall. It was a wonderful experience, with luxurious decor in the lobby, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very clean bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and varied. It's perfect for a family staycation in Medan.

Good experience, clean room, good facilities, nice furniture. I haven't had a chance to try all the hotel facilities yet. We tried the breakfast, it was delicious, the Indonesian menu was just right, and the choices were varied. I would definitely choose this hotel again if we want to staycation again. Suggestion: if possible, use the hotel account for Netflix.

Traveling from Indrapura, we chose to stay in the apartment type. Both rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The furniture and amenities were well-maintained and everything worked perfectly. The staff was friendly and prompt in serving. Breakfast was excellent, with excellent taste and variety.

Everything is in good condition: the TV has been upgraded and Netflix is available. Breakfast is great, varied, and delicious.

Every time we go to Medan, our preferred accommodation partner is the Grand Cityhall Hotel, which is incredibly comfortable in every aspect. This staycation, we've shared some feedback with the guest experience department, which we hope can be improved to improve the quality. The breakfast menu and taste are also top-notch here, truly satisfying.

Our room was very comfortable, all the facilities were functioning well, and the cleanliness was excellent. The staff was friendly and always smiling when they met guests. The breakfast was top-notch, with both Indonesian and Western dishes cooked deliciously and perfectly. I'd recommend adding more elevators for accessibility, as they were very slow, especially since my room was on a high floor.

Everything is quite good, cleanliness and room facilities are good, breakfast and service are great.
