The rooms seem poorly maintained, but the bathrooms are clean. The food is lacking in variety and not very tasty.

It's a great place to stay because it's located in the city center. Easy access and ample parking, making it perfect for a family vacation.

It's nice to have Grand Cityhall, it's always comfortable and safe.

For the AC, TV, internet facilities, everything is okay, the room and toilet are also clean, the input buttons on the console panel are faded, maybe they have been replaced.

I was happy with my weekend staycation at the hotel, being able to go out early in the morning to join the CFD event with my family. The room was clean, but I forgot to request a non-smoking room on the app, so when I arrived, the only remaining room was a smoking room, which made the smell a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with both the taste and the selection all top-notch.

Thank God, I had the opportunity to stay here again. I'm always pleased with the service, the staff are kind and friendly. The rooms are clean, but need a little attention to maintenance. The breakfast is always delicious, too.

This is our 4th staycation at Grand Cityhall, the breakfast is all delicious, we always stay on weekends, the menus are abundant, the local and western menus are complete, the comfort of the room, the quality of the food and the hotel facilities, in our opinion, the hotel can already be a 7 star hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ☺️

The breakfast was satisfying, the room amenities were complete, but the bed and pillow quality could be improved; they weren't soft enough, and it was a bit difficult to access YouTube on the TV. The sauna facilities were great, but I personally didn't think the swimming pool was as good as the AM hotel. The service was okay.

This is our second visit to the hotel, the rooms are always nice and comfortable, the breakfast is great, can be adjusted to your taste, the choices are also varied.

Overall, it was okay. I even celebrated my birthday here. The breakfast was delicious, and it was great.
