Pokoje były bardzo czyste i komfortowe. Śniadanie było absolutnie pyszne i domowe. Lokalizacja była doskonała, a właściciel bardzo pomocny i udzielił nam wszystkich potrzebnych informacji. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt! The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and homemade. The location was excellent, and the owner was extremely helpful, providing all the information we needed. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay!

I stayed with my family for 4 nights.Absolutely lovely place with a lovely history ,very unique furnitures and old gadgets.Yummy breakfast every morning.Lovely view from the balcony.Short distans to see Biała Dolina & Krupòwki.I would recomend to everyone who wants to stay in Zakopane.

Fantastic place to stay in Zakopane. Very nice and quiet area just less than 10 minutes walk from Krupowki Street. Nice view from the bedroom’s window. Round the corner of the mountains walking paths (White’s Valley)etc. Owners Michal and his mom absolutely friendly with the highest hospitality in the earth. Always happy to assist you with anything. Finding and sharing recommendations of our requests. Outstanding breakfast. Everyday fresh and tasty. Fresh scrambled and cooked sausages just delivered to your table as well as cold cuts and continental selection buffet. In this place you can feel like at home. Big thank you for your hospitality and we are going to come back very soon.

Pani na recepcji jest bardzo, ale to bardzo przemiła ze świetnym poczuciem humoru. Service pierwsza klasa, upewnianie się przez obsługę, czy czegoś potrzebujemy albo czy wszystko jest w porządku regularnie. Bardzo czysty i cieplutki pokój. Wygodne łóżka. Pościel bardzo cosy. Śniadanko przepyszne. Atmosfera i dekoracja hotelu bardzo domowa i bardzo klasyczna, świetna kolekcja eksponatów.

Great caring owners! Nice area, easy to access closest hiking trail.

I got the smallest single room with a double bed, tiny table but no chair. The walking space between the wall and the bed was less than 2 feet wide. The shower had a mold and water was overflowing into the room. The bed sheets were ripped and the pillowcase had mold stains. Was charged extra for the second person but still stayed in the same room. The room service moved my personal items multiple times moving them onto a pile on the floor. Very disappointed.

Cosy and amazing place to stay. Staff very friendly. All the rooms where clean and up to standards. Close to city centre, 10-15 minute walk.

Great place, close to Krupówki and friendly staff

We spent some days for New Year at Szarotka in Zakopane and was very good, very kind staff, confortable rooms, toilets were not too big but correct, we only have breakfast to eat there the three days, good food and wide selection of food. Definetelly a place to come back

Good location 10 minute walk to main street and close to couple good local restaurants . Friendly and helpful owner and staff . Nice building with quirky old style decor with great heat out of stove . Bedroom could probably do with a bit of an update and bathroom quite small , kids didnt like sofa bed ! But overall good value for money if you dont mind older style accommodation.

Friendly staffs and nice place

We stayed for three nights. It's a charming, comfortable, and perfectly adequate villa—nothing fancy, but with everything you need. The owner was very friendly and gave great recommendations for places to eat and enjoy Zakopane. Breakfast was good, and they offered scrambled eggs or freshly made kielbasa. The location is great. Easy to park. I would definitely stay again.

El Staff es muy amable y el hotel es muy bonito, pero tuvimos un problema con la habitación, cuando hice la reservación, reservé una habitación con una cama matrimonial y 2 individuales, al llegar a la habitación me doy cuenta que me estaban dando 2 camas matrimoniales, hice el reclamo pero el encargado solo se excusó con que era navidad y estaban llenos, lo cual no me parece bien, porque al final te están dando algo que no pediste, y algo también que pienso que deben de mejorar es que el baño no funcionaba el extractor de olores, pero a parte de eso todo bien, el desayuno vale mucho la pena tomarlo, muy rico todo
