Lack of cleanliness, location is in an alley

Bed linen, pillow cases, sheets and blankets smell musty and damp.

I extended my stayed another 2 nights because I like the location near to my work and near to shops. But it's mistaken to extend cause the bed sheet smell was not great the first night not bed but the second night and third night so terrible, I had asked the staff to change the sheet but most of bed sheet smell are terrible (smell of chlorine and was not dry properly) I couldn't sleep well, lucky I brought Balinese cloth that I always carried I spread over on top pillow to sleep and I use another cloth put in front my nose while I am sleeping. The smell that strong I have to spray with my perfume to cover the blanket smell. - very bad.

The room is quite spacious, unfortunately when I stayed on the 3rd floor the shower water in the bathroom and toilet was not flowing smoothly, the leaking outdoor AC was collected using a bucket which would have been neater if it had used a drain hose because people passing by could have tripped over it.

The room is a bit smelly and shabby for that price, the smell of cat poop when leaving the room and around the swimming pool 😫.

Hotel staff is very cooperative and very helpful. Best hotel with low budget 👌.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, but for the cats that roam around, try to pay more attention to the smell of cat feces when passing near the swimming pool.

Near the entertainment center, close to the German beach, behind the mall, but the location of the room I got was quite far from the front door, so it was quite tiring if I needed to go out of the hotel. My room was quite spacious for my own size, only the lights were a bit dim, the floor tiles were cracked, and because my room was at the end and corner, the WiFi access was not very good, fortunately it was only for one night, so it was no problem for me. The swimming pool smelled of quite thick chlorine. The staff were friendly and willing to be asked. About the surrounding environment.

Spacious rooms, strategic location behind Lippo Mall Cinepolis Kuta, just cross the road to the Cathedral Church. Only the room was cold and very damp because I got a room at the end. Doesn't get sun.
