Nice room, bit of a schlep from central town

A good hotel in Ciudad Real. Large and quiet rooms, a large and well-equipped gym and a modern spa. The staff is superb and very friendly and the hotel has a restaurant where breakfast and dinner are served. I recommend!

Underground parking was easy. Pleasant flat walk into the centre of town. Very nice, clean and spacious room. We would stay again as it was good value but it could easily be so much better. The cafeteria area is horrible and there is no bar as such so nowhere nice to sit in the evening. The dining and breakfast area is soulless and not well lit. The breakfast buffet reminded me of a terrible,old fashioned self service restaurant. It had some decent foods on offer but lacked the staff to maintain it so items were often missing. One very slow coffee machine caused queues. The receptionist however was delightful and very helpful.

The food and the service in the restaurant was really good. The room was showing signs of incomplete maintenance. The swimming pool was too cold for us, and we did not feel like the area aroung the pool was pleasant. We felt that the first spa receptionist we interacted with was rude and not very helpful to spa newbies.

Excellent location and service

Highly recommended. This hotel has everything you need and more. Huge and clean room with fridge (rare in Europe), full-equipped fitness center, delicious restaurant, great breakfast, pool, etc. I wish I could be back some day

Great hotel and booked the water spa cycle which was very good and relaxing. Best beds we have slept on during the last two and half months in Europe!

Covenient Hotel for a family visit, good facilities. Around 20 minute stroll to Centre of the City, hotel bar is open late for anyone fancying a nightcap!

We booked two rooms for a family overnight stay. Rooms were clean, spacious, good bathroom and very comfortable large beds. Reception were extremely friendly and helpful. We used their pool, underground car park (free) and their cafeteria was really good value. 5-10 min walk to the centre of Ciudad Real with lots of cafes, etc.. better value ones away from Plaza Maior. This hotel exceeded my expectations and much better than some larger hotel chains.

Has a tendency to charge more than agreed. Management then will not compromise. Flooring in room uneven due to expansion, a safety hazard. We will not use again.

We really wish we could have stayed longer. The room was so comfortable, and the biggest bonus of all was that the air conditioning worked! Most impressive.

Para pasar una noche (en mi caso) está perfecto. La habitación es amplia, el set de baño está correcto y en general he estado muy agusto. Contras: El exterior del hotel necesita un poco de mantenimiento pues se ve bastante abandonado. Las patas de las camas necesitan algo que evite acabes en medio de la habitación y en el desayuno el buffet caliente estaba frío. Pero nada que sea especialmente preocupante.
