Hotel was nice, we upgraded to an apartment so we could have a balcony. Good breakfast in the morning, a little far from the old town, but we walked and enjoyed the view along the river.

The air conditioning filters of the room were covered with dirt (it's the 4th time it happens) and the bed mattress was totally expired creating a well

Great place, nice facilities, excellent service.

The condition of this property is poor, the pool area is clean and the inside of the hotel needs repairs, everything is very old. The windows need cleaning. The fuses in our room went out and we were without electricity. In general, it is noticeable that the management does not want to spend an extra cent. The location is good. There is also no roof at the entrance, if it rains you get wet.

La habitación era espaciosa y bien equipada, apropiada para familias. Mis hijos apreciaron la piscina y el equipamiento del hotel.

El termotanque de la habitación era chico por lo que no salía agua caliente para 4 personas. El baño se mojaba todo porque tenía una cortina de muy mala calidad. No pasaron a realizar la limpieza. El desayuno era malo.

Nice location facing the river. Not convenient for those who want to visit the historical sites near the center of the city.

I have been to the hotel many times. Good value for money. But the maintenance of the facilities is not good and the cleaning of the air conditioning filters in the room is almost always conspicuous by its absence

The manager named Leo was great. Very helpful I didn’t like the service at the bar, breakfast.

Not worth the price unfortunately in our case. Had called a few days prior to asure there was a crib for our baby. It wasn´t ready and had to be found(luckily the team did eventually). Just did not feel it was worth the price. Also, there was a lot of noise the entire night. It was as if there was no windows at some times. Not good with a baby. We stayed the next day in the old town for less money in a nicer hotel. Will not recommend, nor come back.

Positive experience all around. Very close walk to ATMS, the waterfront, restaurants and shops, etc. Host was very excellent and spoke very good English. Breakfast available as well. Would stay here again. Very short drive from Old Colonia, and honestly could be walked to.

Tuve una muy mala experiencia con el staff del hotel y su total falta de empatía y habilidad de cuidar al cliente. El gimnasio no se puede usar antes de las 8 de la mañana por “política” (aunque la información no consta en ninguna lado en el hotel), así que me denegaron mi solicitud de acceder antes ya que tenía que trabajar y me iba del hotel a las 7:30. Una pena, el gimnasio estaba ahí, los empleados también. Pero órdenes son órdenes. Yo solo quería hacer ejercicio antes de empezar mi día de trabajo, es lamentable que la “política” de la empresa denegue al huéspede un servio tan básico que no les cuesta nada.

Espectacular estadía, excelente ubicación frente al río. Piscina climatizada con vista a la puesta del sol. Próximo a la ciudad antigua y a la plaza de toros. Desayuno con productos caseros de la zona, quesos y dulces. Todo perfecto, recomendable.
