The hotel was clean and welcoming. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The girls at the reception spoke excellent English. You can use the steam room and small pool ,just ask reception about 40mins beforehand to heat the room .

My hotel room was facing the main street and it got to be very noisy during the night. I found out that there are rooms that do not face the main street and are quieter.

This is a very nice, modern hotel right on the edge of the Kaunas pedestrian area. It was great to have parking in a courtyard next to the hotel although I understand there may not always be spaces available.

Adequately nice hotel in a great location. Breakfast was okay, but not over the top. Although self-serve, the staff in the breakfast room were very attentive. The ambience of the ground floor restaurant, although (apparently) recently renovated, was 'breakfast' bright lit possessing a rather unimaginative feel; not really inviting for a 'nicer' dinner occasion. Reception was both efficient and pleasant. The website could do a better job in explaining how to access the parking facility around the corner, i.e. provide that street name to plug into your navigation as the frontage street is pedestrians only.

Modern hotel, in good condition and well located right in the centre. Walkable to main attractions / restaurants etc. Good sized room, great breakfast and friendly staff. Only negative was noise from the street (we had a front facing room and it was Saturday night). I would definitely recommend

Staff were incredible, particularly the reception manager. She’s such an asset - going above and beyond! The area has seen better days but the hotel itself stands out from the rest of the area and, overall, comes across as very well managed.
