Nice little hotel

I just stay one night, and I spoke with the owner, but they did not care, because it was already paid. She ask me "at what time will U leave, so we can clean the room ?". What else can I say ??

Nice, friendly small family hotel with good sized rooms with balcony. Our stay started with a speedy check in with the very helpful and friendly Danielle, followed by a relaxing afternoon by a very nice pool . A small hiccup with fridge in room (bearing in mind we were having Temps of 40' +) was quickly resolved by the lovely Martina. The cleaning staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. Breakfast was very good, served by the immaculate and helpful Luciano . These multitasking members of staff who all seem to work 16 hour days are a credit to the owners , who, also make you feel part of the family. So heartfelt thanks to them all, not forgetting the chef who we didn't see, for a very enjoyable stay

We stayed here on the way back to the airport for an early flight. Took a while to find it without satnav. But the service and welcome was great. Hotel is really clean and modern. Very close to beach. Really looked after us, they even opened breakfast early so we could eat before we left for the flight. It's a kinda strange location, but would certainly stay again.

This was a one night stopover and it was very pleasant. The staff was helpful and friendly.

We only stayed one night in this hotel, however we were made to feel welcome even though we arrived at around 01:00 in the morning. The Hotel is in a quiet area so I would recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place just a few minutes drive from the nearest village. It is very clean and modern, with sea views and / or countryside.

Very friendly hotel

Piscine très belle et propre et parking proche bien dimensionné mais avec un accès peu aisé, chemin d’accès en mauvais état et portail d’accès étroit qui ne permet pas de sortir sans manœuvrer. Personnel peu accueillant ni efficace pour le petit déjeuner et le bar où les plateaux ne sont pas remplis rapidement voire jamais, même en déjeunant tôt.

Very nice staff. The location is off and no so inviting. Hard to belie this is a four star hotel.

We had a lovely stay at Costa Azul. Very nice people. Quiet, clean and fantstic service from the staff. Leonardo gave super service with transport many days. I recomend this hotel.

Tutto ok

This is a family runned hotel, nice rooms and a nice pool area. Not far from the beach. The big asset is the personal service! We had a great stay. Balestrate main street after 7PM has to be experienced.

Per fortuna si è trattato di una sola notte! Servizi pessimi: camera triste e squallida, tv non funzionante e doccia la mattina senza acqua calda. Ho fatto presente al personale i miei disagi, ma non è stato fatto niente per risolvere. Infine non mi hanno neppure voluto rilasciare la fattura elettronica, come da mia richiesta al momento del check-out.

L'hôtel et les prestations sont très bien, malheureusement l'environnement n'est pas très joli.
