It's a bit far, even though a shuttle bus is provided. It's not soundproof, so if the next room is noisy in the middle of the night, you might not be able to sleep.

The staff is helpful, and the hotel is located near the cargo area at KLIA. It's recommended to use public transportation, not walking. The room is large enough for two people, with a queen-size bed and a small amount of space. Please use the prayer room on the first floor if you're praying at the hotel.

The room is clean, the toilet is clean, it's great for transit. The price is also very reasonable compared to others.

It's fine for a short layover, and if it's just the two of you, the room is clean. My suggestion is to book from the hotel, as it only takes 10 minutes to get to the airport.

I would like to share my recent experience during my stay, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. I had originally booked a room at your hotel near the airport, anticipating convenient access and the complimentary shuttle service as advertised. While I appreciate the effort to arrange alternative accommodation, the new hotel was much farther from the airport and did not offer the same shuttle service. As a result, I incurred significant transportation costs and experienced considerable inconvenience. I hope you will take this feedback seriously, as it affected what could have been a smooth and pleasant stay. I would also like to suggest that future bookings be clearly confirmed to prevent other guests from facing a similar situation. Thank you for your attention and understanding.

The location is close to the airport, with a free shuttle bus and delicious hotel food. Recommended.

Great for a transit hotel for those catching an early morning flight.

Small but clean. Good shower and the staff were friendly.

Hotel room was ok somewhere to rest you head down. AC a little loud but did not bother me. Location is not walkable like tune at KLIA 1. I went to the wrong place, did not know tune hotel has two - one in KLIA the other at Aeropolis. It has been a long night flight got rescheduled to the next day, so did not check the hotel address properly. Overall was ok.

Small distance to Terminal 2, the journey takes 5 minutes. Clean, pleasant in all respects hotel. Moreover, even the price is good. Soft bed. Birds are squawking outside the window a bit, I think it's the airport's deterrent system. If that bothers you, ask for a room facing the hotel courtyard.

The hotel is very far away. We missed the shuttle bus and had to call Grab. This accommodation is in the airport but it is quite far. The room is very small. It is noisy all night because it is near the cargo. If people talk in front of the room, you can hear everything. For example, children playing loudly at 5 am, you can hardly sleep. The light from the balcony shines in, and the head of the bed is right next to the window. The only good thing is that the staff provides good service and the breakfast is delicious.
