We had a lovely stay at the hotel. Perfect location.

Great location in the center of Madrid. The hotel is tired - and there has clearly been no money invested in this property in a long time. Our first room had bad a/c (they tried to fix it 3x) and water leaking in the bathroom from above. Our second room had the electricity go off (no power) 3x. It's just tiring. The staff was helpful but they're dealing with an old building. The breakfast is ok and tired - sort of like the entire place. I would not recommend or return.

El hotel Europa excelente ubicación muy céntrico! Las habitaciones muy acogedoras y limpias, el baño espacioso el aire acondicionado funciona perfectamente! El staff maravilloso siempre muy pendiente, nos ayudaron a comprar tickets del tren excelentes personas! Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable y satisfactoria! Recomendado 100%

Just a grest hotel

Hello! The hotel is close to every thing; restaurants, shops and metro. It’s a pedestrian area with a lot of police around so it felt secure and is safe. We recommend the hotel Europa, the staff was great and very helpful. The breakfast is basic but it’s a good start to the day. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

The staff were extremely courteous, and the room stayed cool. Unfortunately, we stayed in a room close to the outside cafe; the combination of the closeness of the cafe and activity in the square did not allow us very much sleep. If we were to return in the future, we would ask for a room on another floor.

Excelente ubicación

We stayed here one night before our Camino de Santiago Journey. Hotel is very close to Puerta del Sol. We walked everywhere. Room is very clean with good amenities. Staff very helpful. Breakfast buffet good spread. Will definitely stay here again if return to Madrid.
