+ Clean rooms, warm blankets. + Location 100m from Les Diablerets Gare train and bus station. 30 min drive down to Gstaad: up to twice as long during rush hour in Gstaad + just about ok breakfast + Sauna box in house + Friendly staff Points for improvement: - More cleaning personnel capacity required at peak times. Our room only got cleaned towards 3 p.m. or even later in the afternoon/ evening. - An egg boiler would be helpful at breakfast. For now only scrambled eggs available. Add bacon, ketchup for scrambled eggs. Add lemon pieces for tea. Buffet dishes to be filled up also during the last hour of breakfast. - A shower needs to be installed at the gym and sauna area.

Staff not corteous but thats the Swiss in general. Was expecting more

There were building works going on in the hotel. At 8.15am on 2 of the mornings they started using power drills in the room next to mine. I was woken up both days and the power tools continued the whole day. It was incredibly loud and impossible to sleep, think or work.

La Chamois is nestled in a truly stunning setting—mountains on all sides, towering pines, and that crisp alpine air that makes everything feel a bit more magical. The location alone is worth the stay, with trails and vistas just steps away. The hotel itself is charming and well-situated, though the walls are a bit thin, so light sleepers may want to pack earplugs. Still, it’s hard to complain when you wake up to views like that. Conveniently located close to the train station. Super friendly staff.

Simple hôtel, but cosy and nice staff overall. Well located for a ski escape.

The location is good for the ski station and next to the train station. The room have nothing special and there was no sauna and the restaurant was only open for breakfast is it was the end of the season

The hotel room was advertised with a kitchen and a double bed. We did not recieve either and were told that none of the rooms at the price we paid had these features. The man at reception did not apologise and did not take resposibility. He blamed both Hotels.com and Swiss Quality and was both agressive and rude - the situation was extremely uncomfortable. The hotel was run down and poorly maintained (for example our sink was blocked). The breakfast was terrible (I hope future guests like boiled eggs and croissants). I would never recommend this hotel. An apology and some humility from the staff for a mistake would have made a big differenc Ultimately, this is a bad, overpriced hotel.

Unflexible not helpful personell. (Nothing is possible attitude or you pay for it e.g. late checkout 50% of room fee) Room smelled as somebody smoked in it for years.

Nice budget friendly hotel walking distance from ski lifts

Good location. Very helpful and friendly Reception staff. Breakfast reasonable (continental).

This is an economy hotel and I payed more on Expedia than the rack rate which the front desk clerk told me was 100 chf a night. I didn’t like that! But good location rental shop just down stairs clean good breakfast we got to check out at 4pm for 50chf was a deal.

Very pleasant place and very well located. Walking distance to the train station, center, shops and restaurantes. Friendly staff and nice cafe. Narrow shower and WiFi very poor.

Hotel is close to the gare (5min walk), quiet, nice view of the village, very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast spread could be better...

I go to les Diablerets since 1996 and this hotel has not changed a bit since, so it's a old fashion, as far as facilities and furnitures are concerned. Do not expect hipsters to crash there. Personnel was welcoming and conditions were good.
