Absolutely wonderful stay with 2 kids, stunning views, hotel, spa, food, things to do, walks etc, what’s not to like!

Best part was the Mineral salt bath! Thr bedrooms are small and very narrow stairs. Food very pricey and just ok, but staff was great and people very nice! Beautiful Mountain Views and the park for kids is wonderful

Views were outstanding! The Staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The grounds were well maintained. Hiking trails were fun. We will be back!

Everything about our stay was excellent! We highly recommend this resort as a fantastic option to enjoy a mountain spa & hotel with a staff that went above and beyond to provide excellent service, hospitality and friendliness! We did not want to leave and that we can return some day!

Best spa experience I had. Nice restaurant and reasonably priced. Great breakfast with many nice options. Very friendly staff. So close to the train and lift. Highly recommended.

Clean but there is no fridge in room. My room has a little carpeted play area in 2nd floor from by Climbing the ladder. Beautiful views from room window.Nice spa with natural mineral worm water. Breakfast included. 50 steps waiting distance from train station.

The hotel is located in an absolutely beautiful setting, and the star feature of the hotel is the access to the mineral baths / spa facility. The hotel rooms themselves are rather small and spare; the bathrooms are small and somewhat dated. But everything is clean, and the hotel restaurant staff are attentive, friendly, and well-trained.

Awesome hotel on mount Rigi. Pool & spa very nice with view. Nice breakfast , friendly staff Good restaurant. If you stay with hotel also get discount for the train to mount Rigi. We will definitely go back again :)

Overall good experience. The hike up to the top of the mountain is incredible. Very easy to get up to the hotel and back down. The room was a little stuffy and the bed could’ve been more comfortable.

Great hotel and location. Spa should be open later that’s the only thing to do there in the hotel.

Decent but missing the mark. The spa closes too early. I go to a hotel spa at the end of a day to relax and sleep, not to necessarily spend the whole day. Our room view was obstructed by scaffoldings. Not what I was expecting.

Everything was excellent except for the service (receptionist). We have enjoyed every minute of our stay except when we checked out. We inquired if it is possible to extend even for an hour and would understand if we were denied. The way she responded to our query however was a big disappointment. With a very serious face, with no questions asked and explanation given, she simply said one word - "no". There was not even a thank you nor a smile from her as we settled the account. This is the first time I have encountered such "arrogant - stern looking" person manning the front desk of a hotel.

The hotel is a lovely mix of old chalet style and new spa finishes. All the benefits of a fantastic spa, in a grand space with amazing views. End the day in a homely chalet environment. The restaurant service was excellent and really looked after us, especially with gluten free requirements. I was still able to have a burger and chips all GF :) In the morning the breakfast buffet was adequate with a continental selection aswell as a small hot buffet of eggs. The staff were extremely helpful and always took time to talk and share any good travel tips. This is our second time and i’m sure not the last.

The service could have been better - it was almost like we were staying at faulty towers. The check-in person was the worst - couldn’t care less about getting you your room. The spa is just ok - pretty crowded and lukewarm/tepid water. It’s not one I’d go to again. The restaurant at the place across the other side of the rail line is great though - I’d eat there if you’re in this area.

Everything was pretty good, but the service in a restaurant is a bit strange. From unknown reason, we have waited pretty long on the enterance although tables snd staff were available. But staff was friendly once we got hoit table. Meal was OK. By the breakfast they start to make clean up half an hour before breakfast ends. But we were pretty happy with this stay.
