Best hotel ever! Very close to everything shrine, bus, and restaurants! The front desk, the lady, black long hair (sorry forgot her name but this was on Nov. 19 in the afternoon) she assisted us very friendly and helpful. The hotel-comfortable bed and clean room.

Nice rooms, food just adequate. Very convenient to Padre Pio church and tomb, walking distance. Staff very friendly and able to get out clothes laundries same day.

Everything was wonderful except the shower stall is quite tight, the drying race was not working and the AC was not working

We are gratefulthe the resturant personel that let us dine even its almost closing time.they just need more parking space and update there rooms.

Great hotel with very friendly staff ! The restaurant at this hotel is amazing!!!!!! Extremely close to Padre Pio Shrine. Beautiful place overall .

Location is great for visitors coming to see Padre Pio. A mere 5 minite walk to the church and stores. However, the check in experience is substandard. The receptionist even forgot to give me my key and inform me of my room number. Elevators were not working. Breakfast was ok, some croissants and cereals. The waiter was polite.

The only comment I can made there English is bad they someone who can speak english In response to a review you have to say what really happened

Great little hotel! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

I really like the location, was very close to the sanctuary of Fr. Pío also close to transportation.
