Love the location and friendly staff. Disappointed that construction is happening outside, but that is progress!

friendly staff, street under construction, not easy to get to in vehicle, good location as many small shops near hotel. breakfast not very interesting for the cost. Enjoyed our stay, would do it again.

this hotel exceeded my expectations. the staff was very friendly and informative. the room was a nice size and was clean. we choose a room with a balcony. it was so nice to sit outside and what the world go by. the location was great on the Le Ramble and only meters away from the metro. will differently stay here again, when we are next in Barcelona. only only downside was the breakfast was quite poor, all the pasties and bread were soft and soggy and not freshly baked, they felt and tased like they had taken out of the freeze and defrosted. So on the second morning, we found a little cafe down the road and had breakfast there. No real drama.

During our stay the road in front of the hotel was under construction. That made it challenging to get to and loud during the day. At night the ally way next to our room was loud after midnight and even guests were knocking on other doors after midnight. We had booked through Expedia and when we checked in they charged my card again. After noticing the error I asked them to reverse the charge but they said they needed to check with Expedia and they said the “process is complicated “. Not sure what is so complicated about reversing a charge. Six days later I still have not seen a reverse of this double charge. It is centrally located and there are lots of shopping and food options nearby.

Not great breaker. Good location for walkers

The location is excellent, easily accessible to necessary needs any major stores. The staffs were kind and services immediately. The only problem is the sign of the hotel is easily missed, probably because the major city construction right in front of the hotel.

4th floor cooling AC was not sufficient - even in mild April weather. Aside from that, all other amenities were good. Room cleaned daily.

I booked Hotel Lloret based on location and price. It is right in the middle of everything - restaurants, shopping, couldn't be a better location. As a solo older woman traveller, I absolutely felt safe there. There is an elevator to reception and then another elevator to the rooms.The room I booked was tiny but I wasn't looking for fancy- clean and safe with A/C! Single bed was comfortable. The staff was helpful and very kind. The view from my room looked directly onto Las Ramblas. There is construction along there now- but honestly, I heard nothing because I sleep with ear plugs anyway. The lounge area is nice, has a drink machine for water- reasonable price. The breakfast has an excellent selection- zucchini Spanish omelette was wonderful as were the pastries. Overall, I would stay there again. If you are looking for super fancy, latest design, this is not your place. If you want a clean, safe , well located, budget hotel- Hotel Lloret is it.

Excellent hotel! The staff was incredibly attentive, looking after all my needs regarding my 4-year-old child. The breakfast is well worth it—you get a great variety at a very reasonable price. The room was spotless. We absolutely loved it. I recommend it 100%. Above all, the central location is fantastic; everything is close by, and you can walk to almost all the principal tourist attractions. I will definitely come back

La Atención de Jack fue increíble

This is not a luxury hotel. It’s small quaint and it had everything I need it. Smack in the middle of the everything. In las Ramblas, gothic quarters, Jewish museum, Barcelona cathedral, theaters etc. I felt totally safe, walked everywhere. Staff was so helpful, sent me to the best paella in town. I was only there three days and walked to the Sagrada Família, park guell and all of the above. Great place. Quiet also even though there was construction. Very good.

There was no record of checkin and the room was awful

My room was extremely tiny. Even though I was told I'd have a single bed. There wasn't more room for anything else. I had to put my carry on next to the bed blocking my only way out to the bathroom. Talking about the bathroom, the shower wasn't even one square meter. For the price I paid, there were better options but I guess I learned the wrong way

our housekeeping was very nice and friendly.The breakfast is really good,though the lady looking after the food looks not so friendly...but the other lady with a longer hair and taller is more friendly and accomodative.The morning clerk has a bit racist,since we cannot speak Spanish.

Our rooms were clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was good also. It was nice being at a hotel right on La Rambla. We enjoyed seeing all the people walking around. The room was quiet from outside noise.
