Terrible hotel, room was humid to the point of the walla being wet.

The hotel is clean, the rooms and bathrooms are clean. Around the hotel there are many halal restaurants close to bus stops and MRT stations.

The room is clean, the staff is so friendly and they provide bidet.

The room is spacious. I didn't use any facilities though. Just one night's sleep. Toilet is clean. Reception area needs improvement. Loud migrant workers hangout at nights in the lobby area.

the reception service is very good, the staff explains the route from the mrt, bus and other transportation. Mrs Mary and other staff are very friendly. the room is clean, the building smells good. near the hotel there is a good cafe and good chocolate which is highly recommended.

We, my son and me, traveled to Singapore for a Bjj competition. Stayed 2 nights at Santa Grand. Friendly and helpful reception, clean quiet rooms, nothing missing. We really enjoyed the location, where countless little restaurants, cafe 's and shops are just around the corner in walking distance. If we have again something going on in east Singapore, happy to go back to Santa Grand.

My couple friends had a marvellous Valentine 's Day celebration over at Santa Grand Hotel East Coast. They felt touched by the lovely room deco to enhance their stay. They found both the room and bathroom to be very spacious, neat and clean. They were impressed by the staffs ' dedicated services, especially Aunty Mary who was manning the front counter upon my friend 's checking in. She was very friendly and provided detailed explanations when my friend got further queries.

The service is excellent! All the staff we encountered, from the receptionists to housekeeping, were friendly and quick to help.

Nice clean spacious room surrounded with varieties of delicious food. The restaurant right beside the hotel served great Mexican food & bar drinks.

Excellent, room is comfy and spacious, quite average interior but cozy.

Room was spacious but just that they should have the balcony with smoking facilities.

I like the location. There 's no problem settling all the meals for the day. Also, it 's only a 15 min walk to East Coast beach. Staff were patient and courteous. One of them even came to us with a map to show us how to walk to the beach. I only wished the hotel would give more bottles of mineral water. I was told we could only have two bottles upon check in only as it 's only a night 's stay.

The room wasn't cold, the bed was broken, very unhappy, only the swimming pool is nice but due to unable to sleep well no mood to swim before check out

Great and polite customer service, I left my clothes after I check out and was informed about it. The room was smaller than I hope for but that okay. Bed was good and a lot of fancy eatery (I think if muslim halal hard to find) swimming pool was nice. And since it a roof top pool. Nice scenary. But at night, if alone. Kind of scary haha.

Room was spacious and clean, occasional few ants on wall as we were on 2nd floor of the shophouse. Everything worked well except for the faulty remote control. Location has a lot of food places nearby.

As a local, I have never stayed in the East. So it 's a new experience for me. This hotel gives walking distance access to Joo Chiat, Katong and Marine Parade areas. Good for cafe hopping and trying out local delights at these areas. Room is clean and comfortable for 3. Helpful is friendly and helpful. Worth the stay.

Rooms are not sound proof. Can hear the sound of the neighboring rooms until very late at night. A lot of good Restuarants and cafe in the vicinity.
