Overall, everything was okay. The facilities were quite complete, the staff were friendly, and there were many kids' activities. However, we got a room on the 9th floor below the ballroom, which was very noisy when someone was setting up for an event or when an event was happening. Otherwise, it was very pleasant.

I had a truly memorable stay here. Upon getting out of the car, the staff immediately greeted us, who helped us and showed us where the kids were waiting. The room was quite spacious and reasonably priced. While we were at the pool, the receptionist contacted us via WhatsApp to have fruit delivered to our room. There are plenty of activities for the kids, especially on weekends. Breakfast was included, with a wide selection of menu options. Definitely recommend returning.

The room is spacious and has a long sofa. It's not bad if you have 3 kids so someone can sleep on the sofa, haha. The AC is very cold. It's just an old hotel building, but it's still comfortable. When you want to watch Netflix at night, you ask for help setting it up and the staff comes quickly. It's fun for a staycation with the kids. There are kids' activities, such as a firefighter simulation and riding a fire truck. It's really fun and unique. The breakfast has a very Indonesian theme, the taste is delicious but I would like to have something western. There are also lots of snacks not far from the hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, with complete amenities. The room is quite spacious and has a long sofa bed so you can lie down. The breakfast buffet has a fairly varied menu, but it tastes salty in my opinion. I'm a bit confused about the children's breakfast fee, which is determined by a maximum height of 140 cm; anything above is considered an adult. My child is 146 cm, even though he's still in elementary school. Unlike most other hotels where the fee is determined by age alone. Perhaps this could be re-evaluated. Other than that, the facilities are all good, thank you.
