I booked a budget room because it was only for one night, and yes, you get what you pay for, so it was perfect. The location is close to busy, bustling shophouses with a variety of cafes and restaurants, and it's also close to the mosque. But unfortunately, the tea in the room tasted sour :( All is good

Check-in was quick, the staff was friendly, the restaurant area was easily accessible, and the food was varied. The soundproofing around my room seems to need to be re-evaluated, as I had a guest with a child, and the sound of people chatting nearby could be heard, and the conversation lasted until almost midnight. The children's noise was quite audible and disturbing. However, I'm sure the hotel will evaluate this further, and I would stay here again if I have the opportunity in the future.

I've been a regular since 2019, but it needs a little touch-up, hehe. The towels and sheets need to be renewed, and the exterior walls repainted to freshen things up. The best budget hotel in Bandung.

My favorite hotel, when I go to Bandung I always stay at this hotel... There is a swimming pool, minimarket, restaurant, gym, if you want to go for a morning run, the area around the housing complex and mall is safe from the traffic.

This is the first time I'm very disappointed with vhotel, usually staying here is very impressive, but now I stayed 4 nights disappointed, I asked for a balcony room with a pool view NOT GIVEN. Usually I stay here, booking a balcony room always gets a balcony room with a pool view, but this is the first time it's not as expected, even though I stayed here for quite a long time, and again the room with a balcony view of the pool from night 1 until I went home was not occupied, it was only filled on the 3rd night that not all the rooms were full, somehow the service is now and the more it gets here the worse. I checked in on Monday, April 6, 2026, the receptionist was a man who was a bit thin, maybe in the future it can be better, don't be able to evaluate so that people stay here and the impression is comfortable instead of disappointing.

This is the first time I'm a bit disappointed at V Hotel, even though the balcony with a pool view was empty from night 1 until I left, it was only filled on night 3 and even then it wasn't full, there were still many empty rooms. I don't know, the service has been getting worse and it's not up to my expectations, maybe we can evaluate it in the future to improve the quality so that everyone who stays here can be comfortable and memorable, not disappointing.
