The room - in particular the bathroom - was spectacular, way above expectations.

Good location to get to the Yamato museum. The hotel staff were nice and the room itself was comfortable and very spacious. I would definitely go again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Large clean comfortable rooms. This hotel is business oriented. May not be for tourists. No stores nearby. Must take taxi or hotel shuttle to get around.

Excellent staff

The hotel was within a walking distance from a train station, and they also have a shuttle bus. Not much around the hotel, but there is a nice supermarket near the station. Just two blocks from a harbor. The harbor has a nice view and is relaxing. The staff was very polite and kind.

Quiet and comfortable hotel . We enjoy our stay. Near sight spots walkable distance

The property was excellent. Very clean. Very friendly staff. The only issue is with the amenities. Myself and the other 5 US military personnel were not allowed to use any of the amenities such as spa, pool, massage, golf simulator. We were told that because we have tattoos we could not use the services. That was extremely disappointing. And honestly felt discriminatory.

晩御飯の会席料理も朝食もとてもおいしくいただきました。朝食ではデザートまでたくさん選べれてワクワクしました。 お部屋もとてもよかったです。

高級感漂うホテルでした。フロントの方の対応も丁寧で好感的でした。 今回は、子どものバスケ試合の為に宿泊しましたが、次は夫と観光で訪れてみたいと思いました 。

ベッドが休むのに快適だった

港が一望できる部屋は広々としていて清潔で、快適に滞在できました。お風呂に洗い場があるのは、かなり高ポイントだと思います。呉駅↔︎ホテルの送迎も毎回快く引き受けてくださり、助かりました。 敢えて申し上げるならば、パジャマの着心地が……。よくある浴衣タイプで、合わせが開かないようボタンがついているなど心配りを感じるデザインでしたが、化繊のパジャマが苦手なため、綿だったらよかったなと。 総合的には素晴らしいホテルです。おかげさまで、良い旅になりました。ありがとうございました。
