We drove to the ryokan from Nagoya Centrair and had no problems finding it. Parking was free and it was conveniently located right next to the ropeway (which was great!). Food was delicious and the onsen was great too. The only negative feedback I have is that certain parts of the room was dusty and perhaps the room needs to be cleaned more. Otherwise, it was an very pleasant overall stay.

The hotel is a bit dated but the location is excellent if you want to ride on the Gozaisho Ropeway. It is right next to the Ropeway station. Moreover and since we booked our room on a Sunday that traffic to the hotel is quite bad as a lot of people were driving to the summit to take the ropeway ride. On the other hand, we take advantage of its vicinity to the station that we are the first taking the ride the next day. Ticket to ropeway riding is sold in the hotel at a discount. The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room is clean and tidy. The size is quite good in onsen hotel standard. The room is spacious and there are two public baths in the hotel, one indoor and another outdoor at the top floor (5/F). We reserve our room including dinner and breakfast meals. The dinner is served in room and the attendant is excellent, despite her English is very limited. Moreover, we use google translation which makes our conversation without any problem at all. Breakfast is buffet style in a banquet hall with all we need. Both variety and food quality are good as long as you are not very demanding. I would recommend this hotel if you are travelling in this area and especially if you would like to ride the ropeway. The view during the ride is spectacular and worth it.

This is a traditional Japanese Onsen ryokan accessible from the Kintetsu rail system. The room is clean, spacious and has a private bath. We ordered the meals and were treated to a fabulous feast served in our room, I highly recommend you purchase the meals. The public onsen is on the second floor, it is very nice. The water is not too hot, I’d estimate about 104 degrees. There is an open air onsen on the fifth floor, similar in temperature. The water has very little odor and is, of course, said to be therapeutic. If you are able to phone ahead, you can get a ride from the rail station. If not, just board the bus and for 350 yen you can ride up to the ropeway. The hotel is adjacent to the ropeway. Riding the ropeway and hiking the trails is what you do here. The service is superb as you might expect in a ryokan. I can find no fault. Book this property, you won’t regret it.

接待住宿或是餐廳員工都非常親切助人，有車站接駁服務，飯店房間整修過新穎舒適，餐點不錯距離禦在所山纜車站非常近，走路不到二分鐘，推薦到此遊覽可以來住湯之本飯店。

フロント対応、電話対応が丁寧で好感が持てる。年始ではあるが、平日なのに景色の悪い側の部屋だったのが不満。朝食はとても美味しい。海苔クラゲが美味しくて売店で買って帰った。

コロナのことがあって事情により違うホテルからの振り替えで今回初めての利用で、2泊させて頂きましたが、お部屋も清潔に整えてあり朝食も大変美味しく頂きました。スタッフの方々が皆さんとても丁寧で親切に対応してくれたので家族みんなが居心地よく気持ちよく過ごせました。また違った季節にも行ってみたいと思いました。

細やかなサービスで満足しました。

あいにくの悪天候でしたがホテル内でゆっくりさせて頂けました。露天風呂もよかったです。

晚餐有河豚是惊喜，露天温泉不错，酒店刚好在缆车站旁，上山顶方便。

1歳と3歳の8人家族で宿泊。 古い旅館ですが昔ながらの旅館なので私はすくです。 地酒が美味しい。 露天風呂は小さいながらも長めもよくいいです。 貸切の温泉は家族持ちにありがたい。 御在所のロープウェイへ歩いて行けるので、旅館に車を止めて行けるのでお得。 旅館にロープウェイの割引券がる。

従業員の方の対応が非常によく気持ちよく過ごせました。しかし、清潔面だけが気になりました。古い感じが出てるのと、清掃が細かい所まで行き届いていないな、と患者ました。例えばトイレのトイレットペーパーのセットするとこの上など。しかし、そこを含めても総合的によかった、と感じています。ありがとうございました。

Hotel is currently under renovation therefore some parts are still old and dusty, but the room and outdoor onsen area is good. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Dinner was served in room which we liked very much and the food was good too.

酒店離車站頗遠，但只需到車站時致電酒店，約5分鐘酒店有專車接送。酒店正位於御在所山岳纜車站傍，如乘纜車非常方便。酒店有點舊，但可接受，我們二人住四人房間，故空間充足，房間乾淨，內有浴室。服務員服務佳，早、晚餐都不錯，晚餐在房內，感覺寫意。露天風呂一流，水溫適宜，風景美麗。當日，我們約下午一時到酒店，寄存行理後，便在酒店內買纜車票，上御在山岳遊覽，并預訂五時浸私人風呂和七時在房內晚餐，安排非常滿意。總括非常好的一次住宿體驗，價錢合理，有機會必再來。

ロープウェイの駅の目の前で駐車場代金がただになってお得です。

搭上纜車到山頂後，景色優美。 山下倒是很無聊

従業員の方の対応がとてもよく、居心地よかったです。 朝ごはんもおいしかったし、子供たちはわたがしに大喜びでした！

簡單舒服酒店, 星期二去, 入住率好高,食物唔錯, 尤其早餐,非常好味。

유노모토역에서 픽업 가능한부분도 좋고 서비스도 만족 저녁식사는 내국인은 모르겠으나 외국인은 별로 단 숙박여행객에게도 입욕료 150 부과는 약간 이해가 되지않음 주변 케이블카 이용하면 대만족일듯

従業員の皆さんの丁寧な接客に、穏やかな気持ちで過ごすことが出来ました。 施設としては新しくはないものの、掃除が行き届いていました。
