For those seeking peace and quiet, this place is highly not recommended. The street band out front is so loud it stays on until 12:30 at night. It's like a party... It's so loud... The rooms aren't soundproof... It's very disturbing. Not to mention, tomorrow and Saturday night could be even more stressful.

In front of Jalan Alor, there are lots of food and snacks. In front of Nasi Lemak Alor Corner and MRT Bukit Bintang, it's a favorite. The Wi-Fi is fast, the rooms are clean, fragrant, and spacious. The bathroom is very clean. It's a favorite for food lovers, especially durian lovers. There are snacks everywhere, 🫣 I love it, and the quesillo is also available and it's really delicious.

After renovation, this hotel room is new, no smell.

We'll definitely be back here on our next trip. The staff was also helpful when we had to get to the airport with our heavy luggage. Car rentals are available at the hotel, and there's even a currency exchange counter. It's so convenient.

Shopping malls, entertainment spots, and public transportation are also nearby. The hotel provides great convenience and value, making it a comfortable and recommended place to stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Upon check-out, we were told there was a stain on the towel, something we couldn't identify (it was very faint). It wasn't visible in the photos, and we were ultimately charged for extra cleaning. The hotel supervisor also seemed to offer no solution other than simply asking us, as customers, to email hotel management if we were dissatisfied with the hotel's service.

The price is quite reasonable, you get a spacious, clean hotel room, and parking is limited, so it's first-come, first-served. So after your trip, you can head straight back to the hotel to get parking. After that, you can take a Grab or walk out. 👍
