I stayed in room 214 last week. The service was just as excellent as my previous visits. This was actually my third time staying here.

The staff was friendly, helpful, and good. Googled location nearby with shops, eateries, and banks. Will repeat stay.

The hotel is quite close to KL Sentral, and there's NU Mall nearby, with plenty of food stalls. Yesterday, I had an early morning flight, so I took the early morning bus. From the hotel, I just crossed to the bus terminal to KLIA 2. It was quite easy to get around. The room was quite spacious, with a RM10 tax and RM50 deposit. Check-in and check-out were easy.

My twin room was spacious. Hot water is available. Checking in was easy with app booking. Good location with lots of restaurants, 24hr laundry, 24 hr mini mart, opposite the KL Sentral & monorail. Public bank, money changer & transfer is available nearby.

The front staff was friendly and very informative. The room was spacious enough to store suitcases and backpacks. There was a Qibla direction indicator, toiletries, bottled water, and a surprise mini fridge. There are plenty of nightlife spots around the hotel, and it's very close to KL Sentral and Nu Sentral Mall. Booked 3 nights and extended for another night. The hotel room is quite spacious, the Wi-Fi is fast, there are eateries very close to the hotel, and it's very close to the city center if you want to take public transportation.
