Clean and comfortable, basically the best for the Kuningan area, because I have tried other places, the competitive prices are almost the same, but at Bamboo it is better.

Pros: The room was very comfortable. We were given a room that met our request (with a city view). It was clean, the air conditioning was cool, the staff was friendly, and the hotel atmosphere was comfortable and quiet. The restaurant's menu was also quite delicious. Cons: Access to the hotel is quite difficult. The road is quite narrow, passing through a densely populated residential area. It's far from the main road. Many of the entrances are closed at night, so you have to use an alternate route recommended by the hotel. One downside during our stay was that the towels in the room smelled unpleasant, but luckily we brought our own.

D’Bamboo Hotel has a natural concept with good potential, but the property is aging and needs upgrades in rooms, bathrooms, and public areas. Cleanliness should be improved. The location is strategic, and with proper renovation, it could become a solid eco-style boutique hotel.

The AC isn't cooling, even though I've adjusted it with the remote, it still won't work. Sound from outside leaks in. It's quite noisy.

Considering the price, I honestly didn't expect much, but once I checked in, it was truly substandard. For that price, I wasn't expecting a hotel with a swimming pool or marble floors. All I expected was a clean place to sleep for one night. But what I got was a room with blood-stained sheets, an unwashed bed runner, a poorly mopped floor, and extremely dirty corners. There was a strange, damp smell in the room. The bathroom and sink had dirt on the edges. After checking in, my skin was a little itchy. Message to the owner: please don't just take money from customers; try to make the rooms sleep-worthy. Please improve management, and re-brief the housekeeping team on room cleaning standards. Thank you for your attention.

The hotel is nice, spacious, affordable, etc. It's just a shame that in the morning there were suddenly cockroaches, haha.

Room cleanliness and service are very poor

For a low-budget hotel, the cleanliness of the rooms, the surrounding area, and the proximity to everything, along with the food stalls, are still not good. The service needs to be improved, including the friendliness of the receptionists, the cleanliness of the rooms, and the surrounding area.

The road access is narrow, not to mention if there is an event from the local residents so you have to go around. The location is behind Perbanas, close to Ciputra World, but the road is narrow. The parking lot is also a little bit able to accommodate cars, for delicious food even though it is only white rice, fried rice, noodles and chicken opor but there is coco crunch, pudding, bread, tea and coffee, chicken porridge. For the toilet smells so you need to give it soap to reduce the smell, the type of bed is twin, the room is not soundproof if someone walks/chats can be heard inside, please change the towels because they are rough on the body

Although the location is a bit remote, the hotel is comfortable and the staff is friendly. The bathroom is clean. The phone signal is weak, and the Wi-Fi could be improved. My phone says Wi-Fi is not secure.

With that range of price this hotel provides really good service even tho the bed cover kinda dirty, and the location really difficult to reach if you are using Grab Car.. But the food is really amazing with affordable Price.. Really recommended if you are looking for Budget Stay to do Visa Application cause it’s really near to the Visa Application Center..

I stayed in an exclusive room with a balcony, but the balcony faced the hallway, where people were walking back and forth. So the window had to be kept closed. The balcony floor was very dusty. The bathroom drain seemed to be clogged, and the flow was not smooth. When I took a shower, the water stagnated. But the location was really good. Easy access.
