Very friendly service and we were given a lovely corner room with a sea view of Playa Brava. Good facilities generally - TV with some english channels, good breakfast included, very nice outdoor heated swimming pool, free parking underneath the hotel, good air conditioning, bath and shower. Only detraction was the WiFi which worked well in public areas but not well in our room. Easy to walk to the beaches and cafes and restaurants. All in all a very good stay.

The air condition was not working, the safe box was not working. I had to open the window for air, could not sleep bcaz of noise since i open the window. After reaching home i had to sleep 12 hours to recuperate.

Well run hotel with good service and friendly staff. The hotel is located near Playa Brava which is a distance from the town centre and also about 15-20 minutes walk from Playa Cavancha the main bathing beach. We had a car (parked in the car park under the hotel) so it was easy for us to drive into the town and we enjoyed the walk along the beach boardwalk to Cavancha, and walked down here to eat on 2 nights. Breakfast fairly good. Wifi, TV, all worked well and we found the bathroom and room very comfortable. Cleaning was carried out promptly by a friendly member of staff. Enjoyed the pool although it was a bit blowy on the 3rd floor terrace, where it was located. All in all a very nice stay.

We had a very good experience from the beggining. We arrived at 10am and had no problem to get a room despite our check in was at 2pm. We got a great room looking at the Pacific. Very nice of the staff. Room was always clean. Breakfast are good too, nothing to complain about. This hotel is not extremely close to Cavancha, which is the epicenter of the fun in the city, but 15-20 minute walk, which is not bad. The only thing I would improve of this hotel is the gym. That cannot be called a gym, it is just a small room with a couple of multimachines and some mats. Aside from that, friendly staff, great rooms, nice breakfast.

Stayed 4 days. breakfast and restaurant staff are great. Staff communication skills in English are v limited. Near seaside nearest decent restaurant is 1-2 miles away.

Pool was heated so warm, it was like a giant pool-sized jacuzzi. Not sure how they can afford the heating bill, though. Great parking under building. Internet worked great. Just a block from beach.

Tive uma ótima experiência durante minha estadia. O hotel é muito bem localizado, facilitando o acesso a diversos pontos de interesse da cidade. Além disso, o quarto estava impecavelmente limpo e bem organizado, proporcionando conforto e tranquilidade durante toda a hospedagem. A equipe também foi atenciosa e prestativa, o que tornou minha experiência ainda melhor. Com certeza, voltaria a me hospedar aqui e recomendo para quem busca qualidade e praticidade.

Al ingresar al hotel la atención en la recepción no fue la mejor, nos dieron una habitación con vista a l ciudad y loq reservamos fue vista al mar, nos hicieron el cambio pero fue luego de reclamar, siendo que había habitaciones con vista al mar. Duante las dos mañanas que estuvimos en el hotel tocaron a la puerta temprano para preguntar si hacían el aseo. No fue una buena experiencia. Una lastima

Buen Hotel... se duerme bien... la unica observacion es que alrrededores no hay buenos lugares para comer Algo y pedi delivery..

El lugar es agradable, aunque creo que pueden mejorar el aspecto. Las fotos son MUCHO MEJORES que la realidad, y la realidad es buena o normal solamente. Tienen buen desayuno, las habitaciones son confortables, pero el entorno está muy feo.

Fui un finde con mi madre todo estuvo genial todos muy amable excelente servicio.

llegamos y el hotel estaba sin agua !!! obviamente no nos quedamos , pero se negaron a reembolsar la tarifa , lo que encontre una sinverguenzura!!! Como siguen existiendo estas normas hoteleras que operan a favor del hotel y no protejen al cliente, es un abuso por parte de hoteles diago de almagro
