Happy with the entire experience. Having a full breakfast buffet for our first morning in Italy - after a long journey - was particularly nice!

Perfect location, just a 5-minute walk from the railway station. The receptionist is friendly and full of humor.

The room was clean, breakfast was also great. A lot of shops nearby and was walkable to every place. The staff made the experience great for us, very friendly and easy to talk to. Recommended food places that me and my partner would like and eventually did. If you’re new to Florence, this is a great place to stay!

All Staff were great, informative, helpful, fun and provided excellent advice on restaurants, tourist cautions re:pick pockets etc. They genuinely care about their guests. The hotel is super close to train station, close walking to the Dome etc. we especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast providing delicious coffee, good assortments to start the day right! Thank you for making our vacation to Italy off to the perfect start. We definitely will stay again! Thank you especially to the front desk staff working all shifts setting up taxi service for airport to go back to Canada.

Conveniently located near the train station and not far from the historic center.

Great location at center of Florence yet very close to the train station! Very quiet at night, much needed after long days of bus tours etc. Bed was very comfortable, linens very soft The buffet breakfast was great. The coffee served by staff was delicious and also serving Americano coffee exceptional! Best of all, the staff work very hard to maintain the exceptional comforts of this hotel. Following up with how the room is, and always willing to help including the cleaning ladies for rooms! Work ethic, above and beyond for the travellers. Great hotel, best staff! Thank you for making our first time stay in Florence exceptional!

Clean room, excellent both location and service

The staff at the front desk are simply marvelous. Kind, helpful with check in. Ronnie checked us in and suggested a place for lunch and made the reservation for us. It was definitely a locals only type of trattoria and the food was excellent. The location was very close to the SMN train station. This does account for some noise on that facing side of the property. We had an 8 am flight and had no trouble arriving to the airport on time. Great staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Clean hotel, adequate breakfast, comfy bedrooms,, well located for the usual tourist attractions. Staff very friendly and extremely helpful, would definitely recommend.

The room was fine, what made our stay was the staff, just the best, engaging, helpful and informative. So much good advice that made our stay in Florence so much better. Spotlessly clean, which is so important

The hotel was very nice, the free breakfast was amazing, and staff were very kind and helpful! The only complaint would be since it’s very close to the train station it’s very noisy at night.

The room was spacious and spotless,The staff were amazing ,Many thanks to Albi at reception from the moment I arrived he was friendly ,Knowledgeable and nothing was too much for him ,The hotel is central ,5 minutes walk from the station and from the airport transfer train . Breakfast was ample and the staff once again friendly and helpful ,I highly recommend the Boccaccio Hotel although one note,Ask for a room at the rear as the hotel is located on a corner and the street noise is quite severe

Hotel is at a very convenient place very close to the train station. Very clean and breakfast was good but limited.

The location is fantastically located yards away from the train station and tram stop although round the corner and away from hustle and bustle. The staff were always excellent and friendly. The room was clean and original and fulfilled all my requirements. There were a few options for direction to all attractions and streets that were off the beaten track and I enjoyed exploring them all with ease and total safety. (The food market is less than 10 minute walk and a must) I wouldn’t hesitate a return visit and my first option would be The Boccaccio.

The location next to the train station was ideal for luggage storage when we continued to Pisa. The hotel is so friendly and the breakfast was very good. I would definitely stay again just because of the reception and staff. Not as upscale as our apartment in Rome but my favourite so far due to outstanding service. No problem storing luggage before and after stay. Wish we had stayed longer.
