Great mid-range hotel. Super convenient position for our 1 night stay - very easy & short walk from train station. Breakfast was plentiful. Front desk staff were wonderful!

My brother and I had a great one night stay here. Check in was easy, room was simple, but clean! Room even included a sound machine, which was a nice plus. Breakfast was included as well. For the price, I would definitely stay here again.

Nice air conditioning, tea pot in room very nice. I didn’t realize we didn’t have breakfast included, so make sure that’s in your reservation. The ladies at the desk were very nice, but had a little confusion about our reservation and thought we would have to go to the other hotel, Britannia. But I showed her my reservation and they got us a room, but it didn’t have working air-conditioning. They were quick to give us the room next to it, which had great air-conditioning.

The Air Conditioning could not be left on during the day which made the rooms very hot and could not be turned lower the 19C.

This is a great location very near the train station and other public transportation that allows one to walk to most attractions with relative ease. One key feature is that they will hold luggage and are quite helpful and skilled in that regard. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Boccaccio hotel during our visit to Florence. The hotel was spotless, and the entire staff was kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Its location is excellent, within walking distance of many of the incredible attractions that make Florence such a beautiful and unforgettable city. The train station is also very close, so you won’t need a taxi. There are also plenty of great restaurants and lively bars nearby, making it easy to enjoy the local food and atmosphere. The included breakfast served at the small bistro was delicious, with fresh and tasty options each morning. And the cappuccino… simply magnifico! 🤌☕ It was the perfect way to start each day before exploring the city. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. Thank you to Albi and and the entire team for helping make our trip even more memorable! The hotel is conveniently located within 5 minutes walk of the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station. It is also located in a central location to the city’s museums and attractions within walkable distances. Albie at the front desk is exceptionally friendly, resourceful and made all of us feel so welcome. Mamà Mia! He has a wealth of information about the city, attractions and local eateries. He was awesome in making our experience here very memorable! The hotel was clean and the room was comfortable. The included breakfast was a very good and had a wide variety of choices including fresh croissants, cold meat cuts, cereal, fresh juices, and to top it off, a selection of coffees from their professional grade coffee machines! We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was clean and fresh, the shower had good pressure, the air conditioning kept the room comfortable. Continental breakfast was great, with options for more elaborate eggs and brunch (at additional cost). And— the staff were extremely helpful and friendly! I would stay again!

Convenient location. Clean and comfortable with very friendly staff. Ask them for a dinner recommendation and they will book a reservation for you for a delicious meal! Very nice breakfast bar included for a good start to your day of sightseeing.

A good clean hotel in a good location, the hotel itself looks a little tired but it is kept clean and tidy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast had a good selection. The location to the train station is very close whilst also being within a short walking distance to restaurants and attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was great. Only bad thing was they use the front lobby to store bags for people who do not stay at the hotel. It was unsightly. Otherwise, we really liked it.
