The hotel price is very cheap and best for night

The stay was nice, the hotel was set in a very cute street. The room was large, trendy and clean. The only problem was the plumbing was quite loud and seemed to make noises all through the night. Apart from this the overall value for money was great!

When we arrived at the hotel there was no one there to welcome us or show us to our room. There were just keys in the door so we let ourselves in. I then received an SMS from the owner asking if I had checked in and if she could charge my credit card. It was a very strange hotel experience, but the location is unbeatable. Right in the heart of the town. The room was a bit noisy at night, and the bathroom smelled bad.

It is a small hotel, room is good size only bathroom a bit noisy (pipes). Location is good but in the pedestrian zone so if coming by car, parking is 200 m away (street parking)

Accueil et communication très efficace Chambre climatisé et entretenue.(refoulement climatisation dans une jerricane de 20 litre au pieds du lit qui goutte en permanence) Douche exigu(pas adapté a une personne de forte corpulence) Marche pour accéder a la salle de bain et au toilette trop haute(difficile d'accès pour personne mobilité réduite et enfant)

BED BUGS and FLEES, stains of blood on the sheets and full of hair. Not cleaned rooms nor changed bed linens makes it one of my worst experience I had renting an apartment. I wont go in on other details like they hardly give any soap (enough to clean one leg as most). I found hair in both beds. And stains of blood also. My skin got marks and rashes, my head / hair itches as my body DONT RENT THIS PLACE

L’adresse de l’hôtel n’est pas celle indiquée sur le site et sur la réservation, c’est de l’autre côté de la ville Les photos de la chambre ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité Bref l’hôtel ne correspond pas à ce que nous avions réservé

C'est notre troisième jour à l'hotel Sakura et nous n'avons qu'une remarque à noter: l'obtention des clefs est un peu compliquée avec une lecture des codes d'accès peu aisée.

La foto que crees que es el exterior del edificio no tiene absolutamente nada que ver es de un casino a la cual le han borrado el nombre de casino

Dear Hotels.com The cover photo is not of the rented unit, but a nearby casino. AC was broken, which is significant in Italy in July. Water tap at the sink was not working either. Rather than submitting a bad review, I believe this qualifies for a full refund.

El sitio, aunque dentro de un edificio muy antiguo, es correcto. Con una cama de matrimonio y un sofá cama pudimos dormir perfectamente una noche. Con aire acondicionado y wifi, es un sitio adecuado si no quieres gastar mucho y estar cerca del centro de San Remo.

Très bien Chambre calme en cœur de ville dans un appartement où plusieurs chambres sont louées. Appartement propre à un prix très correct pour sa localisation. Toutefois, si vous désirez y dormir, il vous sera indispensable d avoir votre téléphone portable pour procéder à votre enregistrement (photo de votre passeport et de votre visage) et pour accéder aux codes d accès que vous envoie la propriétaire du site

Chambre correcte dans une petite rue piétonne de San Remo. Entrée de l’immeuble très délabrée. La chambre donnait sur une cour intérieure remplie d’immondices et pleine de rats. Vraiment dommage car on ne pouvait même pas laisser la fenêtre ouverte… Pas d’eau chaude quand d’autres chambres utilisent l’eau…
