Very good spa, well kept, the floor is not slippery, extra carpet is added to the bridge to make the floor non-slippery. There are several pools, different underwater jets. There is a 4 min electronic counter to switch between the jets in the pool.The rooms are renovated, very clean, with a refrigerator. The hotel provide a one dispenser as a shampoo and soap with the instruction: do not remove. The breakfast is simple, cheese, ham, eggs, no fruits. 15 min walking is Lidl grocery.

Beautiful hotel. Might seem from a previous era but it has the grace and panache to pull it off We needed a place to relax and unwind and the pool was the perfect place. Geothermal heating makes the body comfortable. Fantastic breakfast. One quibble or two: provide towels poolside and get better pillows. Otherwise, everything was perfetto

I arrived quite late but everythinng was ready. staff was very welcome and explain i had access to the termal swimming pool during the evening and the day after from 8.00 the warm swimming pool with sulfate water (natural) and massage seats for free was great. very good breakfast I suggest to anybody for a relaxing week end or a stop for business like my case

with great hopes, we were disappointed by this hotel. It is dated and except the pool, everything else seems to be neglected. Breakfast was very poor.

We reserved a mini suite, which was a regular double-room with a niche including another bed, very minimalistic and nothing like a mini suite. The room is poorly equiped compared to other hotels we visited in Abano in the past. The indoor pool is small and the open air pool has just one jaccuzi, centrally operated - very disappointing. The food is served in a very unpleasant way, like the guests simply disturbe the staff. The hotel is understaffed!

bell'hotel, molto pulito, si mangia molto bene al ristorante dell'hotel, la piscina è bella e ben curata come tutta la struttura!

La struttura per essere un 4 Stelle necessita di una ristrutturazione.Personale molto cordiale sia alla reception che al bar della piscina.Piscina esterna con uso limitato perché un tratto delimitato da axqua profonda che potrebbe essere rivisto.

Poca insonorizzazione delle camere, colazione non sufficiente per un quattro stelle

Esperienza positiva sotto ogni punto di vista: camera, piscine e ristorante. Personale molto gentile e disponibile che è venuto subito incontro alle mie esigenze dovute a un cambio di programma. Consiglio vivamente.
