The room was large and clean. The bed was comfortable. There were two cups, two drinking glass and two of each utensils. I thought that more could have been provided. We were also provided with just one towel for each of us. Check-in was about 10 minutes away from where we stayed but it was an easy walk. Check-in and check-out were very easy.

Receive no messages or email, as where to pick up the keys to enter the property. Have to walk 20 minutes there and back. The air condition doesn’t work. The drain under the sink overflows on to the floor. No cleaner at all for the stay and a funny looking washing machine which we didn’t know how to use.

Big choice of shops and restaurants in the adjacent street, two tram lines that connect the city diagonally from the Parliament to the Historic Jewish Centre which is now the lively centre of the city, theatres,the opera is only a short walk as is the Metro Station "Opera" on line M1 north-to-south. Parking I didn't inquire. Clean, nicely furnished very spacious room, very comfortable double bed, spotless bed linen and towels, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom

Location is excellent. Easy walking to metro and many coffee shops, bars and restaurants

The property (an apartment) is clean and quiet. The office to check in and get the key is located in another location (it is walkable). There are a lot of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The metro is also within walking distance. There are appliances, utensils to uae for cooking and eating. There is also a fridge. We got the 2-bedroom apartment which is spacious for the 3 of us. The property is pretty safe.

I liked the size and location of the property it was perfect for a short break. The air conditioning was a little noisy. When I collected the key I should have been made aware that the property has 2 entrances and you can access both entrances and that there are different lifts that take you to your block this was very difficult to work out at night when it was so dark

The check in desk was very helpful, friendly and spoke very good English, and also gave me another copy of the code number to get in as I forgot to bring it out with me (I honestly was worried I'd be charged for a new one as you know what some hotels/accommodation are like). The apartment was clean, had good air conditioning, and was a great size for the price. The only issue was the washing machine didn't work, the drum wouldn't spin. However I easily found a laundrette nearby, and I decided to still rate the accommodation 5 stars as everything else was perfect. Thank you, and hopefully will stay again with you in the future!!

Horrible Attitude. AC didn't work. Room smells bad.

The washer did not work, the microwave was not placed at an outlet- couldn't work, the AC never cooled the place down, the shower bar was unable to lock in place, the floorboard into the bathroom was not secured down- No instructions where to empty garbage. Overall I was disappointed and would not stay there again.

Great place.

It was not a safe area. Also it was an apartment like air B&B. Some were there living in their apartment and some was working such as beauty salon. Air B&B has more facilities. And the garage door was awful. Had to call and after a while some one opens it

It was a good stay for the money. Beautiful balcony, comfy beds, safe! The staff were very helpful and accommodating to all of our requests.

Convenient and safe. Difficult getting luggage up steps before elevator could be reached, but amenities such as dishwasher and a wonderful bed made up for that. Helpful, friendly staff. Nice balcony view to courtyard. Water in big courtesy bottle is free for refills at desk, don't have to buy the bottle! Strong secure wifi. LOTS of TV channels, all in HUNGARIAN. Close to great shopping & fine restaurants. Roomy apt could have slept 3.

There's no reception, and you won't find anyone answering to your questions/issues.

I don’t recommend this apartment. Very dirty, no shampoo and body wash, no reservation and had to pick up the key from deferent location and even the phone number that provided didn't work .

Generally, a reasonable property to stay at for convenience. Missing a lot of amenities such as toilet paper, garbage bags and standard kitchen supplies were extremely minimal. We had to purchase these basics, plus a few utensils and staples (salt and pepper, etc.) for the kitchen in order to actually cook and eat at the apartment. Also, we didn't appreciate being exposed to the homeless population right outside of the main entrances most of the time.

Good location,well equipped for self catering. The 24 hours reception did not work when l needed to report something They were only one large towel per person was provided and only changed it on repeated request. The apartment was not cleaned once during our 7 days stay. Would not recommend it to anyone.

The property was well heated and quiet. However, the bedroom ceiling light was not working and no soap was in the soap dispenser for showering. It was slightly inconvenient to have to pick up the keys from a different address, and the night concierge mis-billed us for the tourist tax fee by keying in an additional '0' to the total. Fortunately they refunded us very quickily the next day so we could pay the correct amount (€47 instead of €470). It still meant that we had to walk back to that reception ( 8 minutes walk) in the morning to settle that issue, wait for a concierge to turn up, before getting on with our itenarary. Finally, we were short of toilet rolls and had to spurce our own for the final night stay. Although we reported about the lack of soap and the faulty lights on day 2 of our stay, it has not been restify for our entire 6 day stay. Having a washing machine was convenient for our use after the thermal baths, but it would have been thoughtful if a few washing tablets or dishwasher tabets were provided.

Bedroom super small, fits bed with enough room to shuffle either side only, as a result bumped shins on corner many times and left with huge bruise. Kitchen basic, very few plates or cups. No hanging space hardly just a hall cupboard with cleaning items and a few hangars. Check in dreadful, asked directions as check in not on site and was vaugely sent off in wrong direction and told use gps.. got lost.. long walk aa a result, a little map on checkin slip would have been easy to provide.
