Only an overnighter, but the staff were great and the rooms were spot on. Great value on the whole. Would be happy to stay here again. Thank you.

This hotel boasts airport shuttle availability and how this is a “rare find”. Come to find out there is in fact no shuttle. We spent over nearly $100 usd to take a taxi to this hotel. We had selected this spot due to the alleged shuttle savings. When we got to the hotel, I showed the front desk clerk the verbiage on th site, and he merely shrugged his shoulders and said, “Available, but not free.” We felt this was false representation and false advertising. Additionally, they continued to send us check in forms in German despite repeated requests to send the English link. They also did not reply to our request emails as our check-in date approached despite previous kind communication.

Very clean hotel, with a lovely size room with a wonderful layout for the guests. Coffee and tea in the room and having arrived from America and at hotel we were accommodated with our room at 10 in the morning and not asked to pay an early check in! American hotels could learn a thing or two here!

Staff was friendly. Room was clean and well put together.

Clean, minimal amenities

Tram stop just 2 mins walk from the hotel. We booked quadruple room and the toilet was spacious. Hotel was however 12 mins tram ride from Zurich HB or 25mins slow walk. There's also no supermarkets nearby

Stayed w/my family of 4. The room was so clean and spotless and the linens were so fresh and delightfully comfortable too. We all were all so happy with the size of the room and the set up of the bathroom area huge shower and super modern w/ enclosed toilet room separate. Microwave and set up coffee station and frig. Even slippers for us! Our room had plenty of counter space for our things and also in bathroom area which for me is extremely important! Just about 15 minute easy walk to train station and Old Town. Would most definitely stay here again! Pictures online do not do this lovely place justice for sure. Staff was extremely helpful. Even called us an uber to airport when leaving. I totally recommend, I am super fussy and I was pleasantly happy here!!

The rooms were large and comfortable. The air conditioning in our room was not able to keep it cool inside. Despite staff repeatedly telling us it was working. The setup for the air conditioning is odd as well. We had to leave the curtains open to have air conditioning. Not the most pleasant way to sleep. Also staff was very good at night. However the lady we dealt with both mornings was very rude and unhelpful. Would be a great place in the winter if you did not require a cool room.

Checked in so early. This hotel is spotless. Reception was overwhelming accommodating.

The staff was really friendly and let us check in early and leave our luggage after check out. The room was nice with a mini fridge, comfortable beds and great air conditioning. It was nice to have the shuttle close by, so getting around the city was easy. The only issue we had was with the shower, the water seemed to get really hot and then cold.

The hotel is near to a tram stop. The room was cozy. Very friendly.

Everything was OK, but the dates I was in the hotel were quite hot. I couldn’t activate AC in the room, apparently it’s operated by remote which wasn’t in the room. After my complain the maid gave me the remote and guess what AC still was blowing the hot air and wasn’t working anyway. I checked the AC by the next room and it was fine. Regardless for all my trouble they just said sorry and didn't offer any compensation. The rest was fine and breakfasts were quite good.

DONT BOOK HERE! No A/C!!! Just for 1 night and couldn’t sleep because of the heat, the room specifically said it had air conditioning. The air conditioner is behind the curtains so we have to leave them open, they know the Ac doesn’t work so they have ventilators in the room that do nothing for summer in Europe. Went to talk to the manager at 630am I plead for them to check on my room, told them my kids were sleeping naked because of the heat, and he responded “I sleep naked at my house too”. Don’t know how they have such a big score (probably friends and robots doing their reviews) , not friendly staff and nothing positive to say about it!!!!
