Crystal suites was tucked away down a quiet but beautiful side street, right next to a park and within a short walk of the centre. The accommodation was spacious, extremely clean and had all the amenities needed for our stay. We were extremely pleased with our choice. However the icing on the cake came with the suites manager, Anna. She was welcoming, instructive and extremely helpful. We had local specialty suggestions for dinner and breakfast as well as coffee and a helpful map with highlighted areas as 'must sees'. Anna also came to our rescue when our tour to Auschwitz was cancelled at the last minute. We had a wonderfully relaxing time taking in the sights and the delicious cuisine recommended to us. Thank you for making our stay so memorable

I stayed here with my husband and two young children. The Property Manager, Anna, was excellent from the start in communicating check in instructions. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated and very functional. It served our needs well. On the street parking was readily available. We would stay here again.

Comfortable and warm apartment within a short distance of the main square. The staff were extremely helpful and our short weekend break in Krakow was enhanced by this place. Would definately recommend it and would certainly stay thwere again.

Lovely, clean, spacious apartment in an excellent location. What more could you want? How about friendly receptionists (such as Kristian), and fresh towels when needed. And a teapot! The starter fridge stocking service was so helpful and introduced me to cheese I would not otherwise have tried. There was enough for breakfast and lunch for 4 days, and a yummy treat. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We loved PPP at 29 Karmelicka for inexpensive traditional food. There is a small grocery and liquor store at the end of the block. It is less than 15 minutes walk to the main square.

Great staff. Loved the feel of the room/apartment (homey and spacious). Location is very good, close to great restaurants and 10-12 minutes from old town.

Spacious and clean with all the amenities you could want. The staff was excellent at helping book a tour or a taxi. Excellent four night stay!

We were 3 friends and had a 2 bedroom apartment, so everyone had their own bed. Very comfortable - large rooms, 2 bathrooms - very comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Even had a washer so we could do a load of laundry (soap included). Kitchen stocked with coffee and tea. We booked with breakfast and had a tasty bagel each morning at Cupcake Corner. We even went back one afternoon for a delicious cupcake. Would highly recommend Crystal Suites - location was perfect for exploring Krakow!

Good location, 20-30min walk to the main square. Friendly and very helpful staff on reception. There were actually 4 single beds rather than 2 double beds. Clean with plenty of room

It is walking distance to all the tourist spots . Nearby are shops where you can buy groceries .

This hotel was fantastic. It was conveniently located in a nice neighborhood about a 10 minute to the city center. You felt like you were coming back to your home each night, as the apartment had everything you needed. Anna and the rest of the staff were happy to assist you in locating attractions and answering any questions. I would absolutely stay here again

We absolutely loved this apartment hotel! Check in was easy and everyone who worked there was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was beautiful and very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and linens were good quality. It was nice to have two bathrooms, we had one of the apartments with two bedrooms and both bedrooms were very private. The big soaker tub upstairs was a plus. All the furnishings were very nice and the kitchen is well equipped. The carpet in the upstairs was worn and needed to be replaced, but the entire house was very clean. This place is absolutely beautiful and has lovely views. It’s only 10 minutes to walk to Kraków centrum. I will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Krakow!

This hotel is simply wonderful. It is elegantly outfitted, and care is taken to make it extremely comfortable. For instance, fresh and good coffee is provided in the rooms. As is a washing machine, so you can do your own laundry at the end of the visit. I appreciated that there was not daily maid service. Not only do I not like shooing the maid away all the time, I really like the environmentally friendly, sustainable way in which the hotel is managed. The suites are quiet and you are given ample privacy and independence to conduct your stay as you like. I just loved it.

This was the perfect place for two couple traveling together, and would have been just as good for a family on vacation! There was enough privacy and space for everyone, and space for gathering together as well.
