Lovely boutique hotel. Fab Spa and great service.

Service , location, food , all great

We stayed here for 3 nights. It was beautiful- lots of getaway space and dining options. Rooms were well appointed and turned down each night as well as towels changed out in Eve. Complimentary Happy hour 430-5 . Great spread for breakfast with delicious coffee and food. Staff were very helpful. Lovely spa on the ground floor where we treated ourselves to a massage. Conveniently located but felt you were in a private oasis. Highly recommend

Loved the decor. Excellent breakfast and lovely staff. Turn down service with pillow chocolates was a nice touch and the cheese and wine in the afternoon was a great way to meet other guests.

Luxurious and quirky. Close to everything but not touristy. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect and the decor is very elegant but… The customer service was horrible. Staff were complaining and bickering near lobby when one customer asked when/where breakfast was. Took travel documents in other room including credit card for 15 minutes which makes people anxious due to fraud. Inside room - walls and by door handle dirty. Hair on “clean” face towels. Slippers stuck to the floor as walked. Breakfast food was not very good. Breakfast staff was very sweet and helpful.

Perfect location centered around popular sites but still nice quiet hotel. Only thing better than location was amazingly responsive staff. Wish I used beautiful indoor pool and workout room but first time visiting Prague and wanted every minute seeing my new favorite city. Fantastic city and perfect hotel that made it even better. Highly recommend this hotel and of course Prague!

Unrivaled indulgence. Fabulous hotel in a superb location. The pictures do not do this justice. The hotel is excuisite and the service is exemplary. The hotel is vast and quirky with beautiful baroq elegance. Would definitely visit again.

my friend and I had a wonderful few days at the hotel. The only negative we both found was cleaning staff in the suite never took away dirty dishes and glasses from room service. Ice bucket was never emptied either. it appeared 'food and beverage service' was not part of their responsibility. That being the situation - who was responsible?

The hotel was undergoing building work and sadly that did effect our stay, we had a beautiful breakfast on day one but the main restaurant closed and the breakfast sadly when moved struggled to keep the breakfast hot, the coffee machine was not good and the coffe luke warm. We were wokem on day 2 at 8am by the building work and the hotel door locks being changed which upset a few residents !! The spa and the staff were superb and we did eat in the restaurant and the food was exceptionally good !! The staff were very attentive but sadly not giving us a warning of the building works did somewhat spoil our stay !!

Excellent hotel - staff were amazing friendly and helpful from reception to breakfast room. Lots of really nuce touches such as prosecco on arrival. Building and rooms were beautiful, thoughtful breakfast and nice spa.

The hotel was beautiful. Please note that the family suite does not have a shower as advertised, even though there is a picture of a shower and confirmation. There is a shower in the family suite on the website, there is no shower in that room. With a family of four that made it very difficult to travel to the third floor spa every day for four people to take showers. We also had issues with the breakfast buffet, being told we were supposed to get the breakfast buffet and then on the third day being told we were no longer supposed to get the breakfast buffet. This was difficult to deal with with a lot of jet lag. They do not change the sheets every day, unless asked but spray the sheets with some type of chemical. We had stayed there years ago and had had a very positive experience. We specifically went back with our kids and had a much more challenging experience but again, please do not get the family suite if you were expecting a shower.

Beautiful building, with hidden gems in every corner. The staff went out of their way to help with requests, and the food was excellent. The spa was beautiful, and the treatments were restorative for tired travelers.

Nice upscale hotel in a great location in Lesser Town within 5 minutes from Charles Bridge.
