Excellent resort.

Given a room that was very old. was not advertised. other rooms of rhe same booking had modern better rooms. very disappointed. air conditioning was not working either, room was VERY hot

I stayed for 4 nights and didn't used the dining room. The spa facilities are excellent and I enjoyed them extremely.

Staying in 60 hotels a year for business, this is the only hotel I have ever had to check out of and find another place to stay. The rooms are not what you see on the web site, the beds are terrible, and the management is very, very poor. One of the elevators does not come even with the floor, causing me to fall into it and hurt myself; the management when notified did not apologise or care, and instead blamed their guests for elevator malfunctions. Amazingly, despite being injured due to their negligence, I ignored it, upgraded my room from a truly terrible one to a better one, and decided to stay. That was, until the fifth fire alarm between 10:30pm and midnight. At the fourth alarm I packed my bags, at fifth I left to find another hotel. Management did not care, and then, after all that, refused to authorise a refund. My Italian colleagues suggested I take a picture of the elevator at the hotel and file a lawsuit, but obviously that is too much trouble. I genuinely, truly, hope thy go out of business as would be appropriate given the staff and hotel.

Spa is absolutely amazing ! very good treatments, very clean, good outside area, good location.

Everything is very outdated. STaff is not very pleasant to deal with. Be aware of extra charges for slippers$2 and swimming caps$3 . Bring your own to avoid charges. Would not stay there again

I was satisfield, but I expect more facilities in spa area

I got this for $60 a night for 4 nights and from a new yorkers perspective it was a great deal. Only downside is I was there to mainly visit St Anthony's Cathedral in the town of Padova which is a 25 min bus ride on the hourly bus that comes through, so I spent a lot of time commuting. To go to Venice is OK though, 30 min bus to downtown Padova train station and then a half hour or under train to Venice San Lucia station. No shuttle service from the Padova train station so if you have a ton of bags youre taking them on a bus so there are some things depending on your logistics that may not work out to stay in this hotel.

After 7 days of side seeing and touring in Italy ,this was very good way to rest in th.e thermal waters .its definitely a place for seniors ! We looked like teens so be ready if you are a young couples .

Ottima struttura pulita grande e organizzata.

Complessivamente ho soggiornato presso l’Hotel Venezia in modo sufficientemente piacevole. Trattandosi di un soggiorno in famiglia le esigenze sono state però soddisfatte solo in parte… i servizi piscina e spa li ritengo di ottima qualità ma devo fare un paio di appunti negativi circa la necessità di avere a disposizione almeno gli accappatoi per scendere in piscina e spa trattandosi di un 4 stelle.. inoltre all’ interno della prenotazione pensavo fosse compresa almeno la colazione che normalmente e’ prevista nelle prenotazioni di una notte visto e considerato che pur non essendo una camera super lusso credo che si possa inserire all’ interno del pacchetto prenotazione.

L’hotel è bellissimo e le piscine stupende. Ottima cucina e buffet, siamo stati davvero bene!

Prenotato una camera doppia classic con balcone con app hotel,e palesemente la camera assegnata era di valore inferiore,senza balcone ,piastrelle del bagno crepate, muri scrostati e con intonaco a terra ,polvere nelle appliques sui comodini , diventata lana a rischio incendio. Dopo un oretta, costretti a chiamare reception dal cellulare perché telefono della camera scollegato, per condizionatore rumorosissimo e non funzionante. Cambiamo stanza,ma la camera che ci assegnano ha si il balcone ma è senza bidet come invece descritto nella prenotazione. Segnalato il tutto alla reception ma senza ricevere poi alcun riscontro .La piscina in overbooking, zero relax e lettini sistemati uno a ridosso dell'altro. Il ristorante soffre di una gestione disorganizzata che penalizza fortemente la qualità percepita :ci collocano nel primo tavolo libero perché non avevano la prenotazione assegnandoci un fermaposto col numero di stanza,ordiniamo sul menù previsto dalla struttura tra due opzioni di antipasto ,primo e secondo ma restiamo in attesa per più di un ora senza ricevere da bere o altro, per fortuna c'era del buffet. Dopo vari solleciti riceviamo acqua e vino,ma la bottiglia del vino viene lasciata chiusa sul tavolo. Poi un susseguirsi di errori e il via vai di camerieri diversi e ognuno di loro modificala la comanda ,portava piatti non richiesti che poi riportavano indietro e nei tempi sbagliati ,il primo senza aver ancora ricevuto l'antipasto, posate raccattate da altri tavoli se ric
