Clean rooms and excellent breakfast

Excellent location, breakfast options, staff and the bus stop was nearby for easy access. Will definitely return to this location in the future.

Our room was small but had everything and was spotlessly clean . Everyone was very friendly and helpful , breakfast was good

I accidentally reserved the room a day longer than I should have, I had my flight home the next day. I immediately contacted hotels and they said they had to reach out to the hotel. I was told there was nothing that could be done, even though my reservation was over a month away! Other than that it was perfect.

Very nice hotel. Really comfortable room and bed. Friendly and helpful staff. Only slight drawback would be the small shower in our room and could do with a few more toiletries and coffee/tea for the room, although they clean and restock every day. Outside the centre but nice location with some bars and restaurants nearby. Pleasant 40 mins walk to the centre or plenty of regular buses.

Very nice staff, very clean room, very quiet area. My oh my would I stay here again! Fridge is a bit small, can’t really store more than a one-liter bottle of water inside. But no big deal, place is still amazing.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We accidentally locked ourselves out one night and they promptly responded with a video for us after hours as to how to get back in our room. It was a very clean and comfortable room.

charming but didn’t realize how far from everything it was when i booked. staff friendly and rooms had everything we needed.

Perfect little stopping point for our trip, we travelled Italy and arrived late - the staff were very accommodating of this and left us instructions and our keys. The breakfast terrace was gorgeous and a wonderful start to the day! Very friendly and a gorgeous condo apartment. There are families close by who are a little loud in the mornings but what you’d expect when booking an apartment in a city!

This has been a simply amazing stay at this hotel! The owner have created a paradise here ! Beautiful garden with the nice outdoor chairs to relax amd enjoy. Upgraded room with an amazing view. I really enjoyed my cappuccino with croissant and full breakfast at the morning 💖

A lovely hotel formed from a town house in a quiet residential district. Very stylish. Good service. Breakfast was lovely too.

Overall good but a bit pricey for a small B&B, no restaurant, no Bar, no pool & other … just a basic room & very small bathroom.

The bed and pillows were very hard and made for a very uncomfortable sleep. There is not always someone at reception if you need to help with something.

Pristine space with a beautiful terrace in a quiet part of Florence. I wish we could have stayed longer!

We stayed for a few days - the hotel was fairly clean and in a decent location. The staff were friendly. There was black mold growing in the bathroom on the ceiling which can make you very sick. We would have gone elsewhere but Florence was very booked up due to a couple of events within the city
