I've stayed here twice, but none of the two rooms have a cold AC, so the rooms are really hot to the point where I sweat even when I sleep. It's also not soundproof because all the sounds from the surrounding rooms can be heard. Please fix this.

The staff is friendly, the response is good from the admin, CS, parking and restaurant staff, for the deluxe twin type room it is very good, comfortable, cool, no smell, only the bathroom is a little bit stained maybe because of age, lastly, it is great. (each person has a different impression)
