The Rio Hotel is actually nice, in a strategic location. However, the good thing about the room I stayed in was the cool AC and the room was quite clean. However, there were a few things that I think need to be improved, such as more attention to the shampoo/soap water, and worst of all, the towels smelled really bad, like they were washed but not dried, and the smell was really, really bad. But other than that, overall it was okay, but I suggest paying more attention to small things like that. Thank you in advance.

The hotel's location is strategic, but unfortunately, when we checked in, we were given a room on the third floor that smelled of cigarettes. When we asked to be moved, we were given a room on the sixth floor, but the room was not clean. There were lots of cockroaches, dirty sheets, a dirty floor with lots of hair, and a slippery toilet with lots of hair.

Why can't the card key open the door, but I was blamed for the damage because of me, even though if you stay at other hotels, just replacing the card doesn't require a charge. Strange, why at the Rio Hotel instead of the service checking how the door is, but instead immediately have to pay a charge because the card is damaged because of me even though nothing is wrong. The room was full of dust, as if it had never been cleaned. There were cockroaches in the room and bathroom... It was absolutely horrible... It wasn't worth the hotel budget I paid for via the app... I will never stay here again... Very disappointing...

The hotel is clean, staff is friendly, I would stay again next time, definitely.
