Stayed for 3 nights whilst taking part in the Lake Garda Marathon. Stunning scenery and fantastic hotel. The staff went out of their way to make the stay very comfortable. In particular, Katerina who went above and beyond to find a taxi the morning of the run given that all taxis seemed to be booked. The oils definitely stay again. The room was great and the restaurant was also really good. Easy to get to Riva by foot or bus.

The hotel looked great from the outside. Inside reception was also nice but carpet on stairs a bit grubby, but dogs were allowed in the hotel so not a surprise. Reception staff amazing, extremely helpful, kind & nothing was too much trouble. The same can be said about the breakfast staff & cleaners, a really professional & helpful team. The room on the other hand I found a bit annoying. A bath in the room where you sleep, quirky but ok I can let that go but a window between the bedroom & the shower so you have a birds eye view wasn't really my thing. My other friend's room had a clear section in the door to the bathroom so you could see when someone was on the toilet. Ok for some couples but not between friends. The other thing only 1 mirror in the bathroom, no other mirrors which is crazy especially if someone is using the shower. There needs to be another bin & tissues in the sleeping area. Hanging space is ok but hardly any drawer space so this can be a bit tricky but certainly not a deal breaker. Sockets with USB ports would be helpful but again not a necessity. The staff absolutely make this hotel work they really are a credit to the place. It's situated close enough to shops, restaurants, the lake etc. only a short walk & you're in the hustle of the town. It's a truly magical place to stay. It's beautiful, people are friendly & the limoncello spritz are a necessity! Overall if you use the hotel as a base it works very well, it just needs a few tweaks.

What a gem of a hotel, what great staff they have working there also. I stayed for an extended Leap Day weekend Thursday to Monday and the Hotel did not disappoint. There is everything you need the Hotel is staffed until 22:00 out of hours you access using your Hotel keycard, parking is available for free behind the hotel or on-site for a fee. Room has all the amenities you'd need and has a fantastic view of the Mountains which you can even see from the bathroom. The shower is very large and walk-in. The toilet has a showerhead bidet and the tabletop has a lot of space. There is a EU and UK plug socket by the sink for the toothbrush charger. There is a gym downstairs and entertains a maximum of 4 people at any time, you should prebook this but I went out of season so it was virtually me and only a handful of other guests who even used it. There is plenty of stuff to keep you on track it has a few steps, exercise ball, benches, cable machine, leg extension, pulley, lat machine, treadmill, free weights and weight disks if you need heavier (up to 25kg per disk), incline leg press, smith machine, tower, bench press there is a big TV in the middle of the room which you can use for Music or entertainment unless you want to bring your own headphones. Gotì Spa has an Aromatic Shower, Steam Room, Whirlpool / Hot Tub ad a Finnish Sauna with a relaxation room that has refreshments and snacks. Overall a fantastic choice to stay with great amenities and a lot of connections available

The staff here are absolutely amazing and very helpful. The room were great, however not very well soundproofed so we could hear people in the next rooms, etc.

This hotel is a great option and a hidden jewel when visiting the north part of Lake Garda. Located in the town of Nago-Sorbole, this boutique hotel has excellent facilities, a great location and a staff that provides service at the highest level. All this makes it on of the best options in town!

We stayed here for a week and it was perfect. The hotel is modern, clean and all staff were helpful and lovely. I would recommend this hotel to anyone as it was one of the best hotels I've stayed in. It is a short walk to the beach and a short bus journey to Riva.

Excellent service and a very comfortable room for our few nights. We were delighted to receive a free upgrade and a bottle of sparkling wine for my birthday. Breakfast had loads of choices and was very yummy. Easy walking distance into the town for dinner/drinks and to the lake front.

Very friendly staff and good breakfast. It takes about five minutes ride to Riva del garda and you can easily walk there if you want( max 30 min). The bus stop is right outside the hotel.
