Amazing hotel, right in the city center or Krakow. We were extremely pleased.

Great location room and views. Big smell of trash of sewage in the elevator. Don’t feel it in the room.

We've been traveling through Europe for the last two weeks, and we Spent 3 incredible nights at Hotel Wentzl in Krakow. This was by far our favorite hotel to date. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; the room was clean, spacious, had a beautiful balcony overlooking the square, and the air conditioner worked excellently (a huge factor during a heat wave!). I couldn't recommend this hotel more. It is in a perfect location. Also, its attached restraurant was fabulous as well!

Great stay for 3 nights. Reception very helpful with organising trips and transfers to the airport. Nice room overlooking the square.

The location could not be beat. Our room was very tired-very old bedspread, rug not so clean, curtains worn and thread-bare. I paid for a larger room with extra sitting space. While I appreciated the extra space, the furniture was too uncomfortable to sit on. The bed was hard as a rock and the pillows old and lumpy. The bathroom was very nice. To be fair to the hotel, while someone was cleaning another (smaller, less expensive room) I peaked in and it looked nicer than mine. More light. My room was very dark. The view from our room was great. I could deal with the dated, tired aspect of the hotel but when I kept rolling off of the very hard bed and couldn't get comfy on the pillows I realized I had made a poor choice. Like I said, location could not be beat.

Incredible views from our window overlooking the old town square and church tower. The staff were friendly and helped us several times, including providing a breakfast when we left before breakfast hours. The breakfast was nice with cooked options. Room (35) was comfortable and quiet when windows were closed. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of seating available. Easy to walk to main sights from hotel.

A wonderful stay at Hotel Wentzl. Staff very courteous, food in hotel restaurant excellent. Excellent location, right on the main square.

Perfectly central

We had a perfectly adequate stay but the hotel is very tired in its decor and attention to detail. Breakfast service was surly. Coffee machine at breakfast did not work 2 of the 3 mornings. Lovely setting on the main square. Staff could have had so much more engagement with customers.

Small hotel with attentive, friendly, and very helpful reception staff. The breakfast was very good, with variety to suit varying tastes. Taxi service was late for airport pick up and also late for the return journey, but drivers were informative and friendly. All spoke good English.

I loved my stay at Hotel Wentzl. It sits in the most charming square. The service was spectacular… I had to leave early for a tour so they made sure I had a sack breakfast to take with me with plenty of food. I thought that was really nice that they care about their guests in that way.

We had a fab 4 night stay at Hotel Wentzl. Stayed in a delux double room overlooking the Square. Large comfy room. Excellent communication with the Hotel prior and during our stay. Location is perfect. Fab selection of hot and cold foods at breakfast. Restaurant closed due to refurbishment. Highly recommend

A little noisy at knight because the plaza is in front, but excellent stay.
