Needs a good clean and decorating. Staff friendly but didn’t do much! Breakfast was awful. Very poor and again very dirty . Tables full of food and drinks. Not cleared or sanitised.

Property is well located but in a very dilapidated state. Needs serious refurbishment, it has potential.

Arrived and the room type was not acceptabe since their was black mold over the walls and the tv screen had been shattered. The entire hotel smelled of mildew/mold and there were visible filmy slime on every floor I walked.

Rooms very out dated, description of the hotel is not correct, breakfast terrible The staff are very friendly,credit to the place, how ever management tearable, need to be sacked

1: Individuals at the reception were incompetent and borderline rude 2: On daily basis, they run out of towels and toilet paper in the bathroom. We had to beg for those. At one day, they did not bring towels until 2330 3: Terrible stay at all levels. My wife and I felt cheated.

A very very old hotel Water liking from every where It needs to be Renewed No car parking No body will help you carrying your luggage There is no telephone to call from room to reception Noisy It deserve half star not 3 stars

No heat, very bad covers, the windows were broke and don’t lock, noise coming from everywhere

on website they showed its 4 start but its not even 1 star. extremly dirty and filthy . washroom was ao dirty not useable. dust evey where . seems like not even cleaned the room from ages . breakfast was cold and stale

Rooms need refurbishment. Bedding was dirty the pilliw dirty and stink. No doyble glazing window. It was so noisy we could not sleep. Thr guy in reception over charge us the stay duty. The toilets horrible. The toilet seat cover was not fitted properly and it flushing citerna made noise all night as if there is leeking somewhere. The only good thing in the hotel was the breakfast though the Moroccan tea was cold.

Air conditioning was good. Shops ok variety. Breakfast was very basic. The shower pipe was leaking, not repaired for next day, after complain. The toilet was badly stained.

Friendly staff and comfortable rooms.

The hotel exterior had seen better days, but clean and comfortable inside. Nice size rooms and clean. However on arrival at 4pm there was no towels in the room. Not even a small towel after toilet visit to wash/dry hands. Towels didnt turn up till 7pm, I had to sit and wait to have a shower before going out. Again on the 2nd day, towels didnt turn up till 6pm. There wasnt much of an apology either, i asked for a free beer on the 1st night as compensation whist waiting 3 hours, got flatly refused.

Breakfast was ok… place… you get what you paid for… but given the price I paid I can’t complain too much… many basic things are not taken care of but again I can’t expect a royal treatment for a low price. Fair

The staff at the hotel reception were amazing and polite. Howver - the room i was given, the toilet seat was broken and when i sat on it - i fell off this injuring myself. The shower was full of flies. I stayed 1 night as i had no choice and the next day - moved into an expensive riad but i had to apply for a refund from my bank This place is diagusting
