The staff was great! Valet parking was essential. Room was clean and had a nice bathroom. HOWEVER, it felt like I was sleeping between two bass speakers all night unti 4:00 AM when the nearby band or bar quit playing music.

No towels, elevator didn’t go to top floor, no airport shuttle

For me it was good, nice and central. The building is old and you can hear a nightclub next door (or behind) at night but the positive was that the shower was a good size even though the room was small. Very warm room. Everything clean, towels are a bit tired I’d say. All in all good but it’s not a luxury hotel.

Staff and clean room

Nice spacious room for 4 people. Renovated bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Excellent location. Felt very safe. We were able to walk to all the sights we wanted to see.

In the middle of the city, which is nice, however the sounds from the theatre and night club are horrible. Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.

Centrally located hotel. Room was a bit small but was adequate. The shower was large and had great water pressure. The noise from a nearby club mentioned in other reviews did not bother us as we faced the canal.

This is a well run and friendly hotel. It is very convenient to walk to all the major attractions. The only downside is that it is right in the middle of the city which has bars playing loud music u til 4 am.

It's in the centre of everything and is value for money. Please do not drive as it can be very expensive to park your car as there's is no private parking.

Great location! Can get noisy at night due to the bars nearby but if you sleep easy like me it's no issue.

Had a great stay. Overall the hotel was clean and staff was friendly. Loved having the coffee machine and water in the lobby. The only thing was it was VERY hard to sleep. Between the hours of 11pm and 4am there was music from nearby clubs where you could hear and even feel the bass from the music. I woke up each night and had a hard time falling back asleep even with earplugs.

Great location. Kind staff. Only downfall was the coffeemaker in the lobby didn’t open till 8. Loved the view from our canal view room.

Excellent location, staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the coffee machine. Rooms are a bit tight, but lovely view of the canal. There is a nightclub on the next street which backs to this hotel. Can hear the base through the walls. Would last till around 3:00 a.m. but if you ask the front desk they will give you ear plugs. Would stay here again.
