Loved the hotel in a very convenient location. My only suggeation would be to have a toaster at breakfast time as it was just bread/ rolls on offer. Also a microwave as well

Cracking deal, family suite with separate room for our two boys, good breakfast, a short stroll to the old town.

For a cheap hotel.. it's ok,Don't look into the reviews to much,if you want more,spend more... Breakfast is nothing to shout about,but you can find a bit of something to set you up till later...the restaurant room itself was cold,along with the hot food.But there again,it's a cheap hotel in January and the gas will cost to much I guess. It is what it is! Good location,15 minutes walk to the tourist area. It's worth paying the difference for the upgraded room,we had to change rooms as the first room was painfully cold to sleep in,,quite a large room with a 24cm radiator.,used 2x duvet and my coat,and still cold Although the staff were helpful in the morning and gave us different room with 2 x radiators which made the rest of the stay pleasant I'd stay again, but only I'm the upgrade rooms

Hi Stayed here before and we knew it would be convenient for the station, an easy walk, a good hearty breakfast and well walkable into the Old Town. We also knew it might be a bit noisy from the trams outside, perhaps we should have asked for a rear room! No air con and it was 30'C so a bit hot in the room - great value stay and as we remembered a good breakfast to leave with...Staff were helpful and friendly.... .thanks

Service exellent. There were same ants or othere ants-looking insects on your carperts and a lot of mosquitos - I had a lot of bits from both. This was the only negative for your hotel this time.

The hotel was very outdated, but clean for as old as it is.

Staffs are really friendly and helpful. Property is quite safe. Beautiful historic interior. Convenient location, just 15 min walk from the main station. Delicious and wholesome buffet breakfast. Clean and tidy. 10/10 for the service. But as my room was on the roadside, sometimes can be bit noisg if windows are kept open. Otherwise the location is also very good. Public transport accessible and close to all the tourist spots. Nevertheless the place is a 100❤️

The smoking area was just downstairs, outside my window and unfortunately the smoke was noticeable present in my room. That's the only negative about my stay there.

Our room, 315, was very basic, but satisfactory. The bed sheets & pillowcase had holes in them. The shower head was broken and just dribbled out water. We were only given 1 cup with sugar, but no tea or coffee. Rooms are very high and have space, but it needs a total modernisation. Paid for breakfast, but as a gluten free customer, I could only have coffee, fruit juices and salad. Very disappointed

The rooms were very basic snd in need of update. Bathroom very old. Only one socket in room so which was under desk and gard to reach. Also not close to mirror to use hairdryer etc. Reception staff didn't seem to know wgat they were doing as they gave key to friend's for their room even though soneone was already in it

Room was comfortable. A kettle and mugs were provided but there was no tea, coffee or milk. Our room wasn’t serviced even though we left the sign on the door asking for it to be cleaned. The headboard of the bed is poorly designed. In the middle of it is a lamp and a socket so you have to balance on the side of the bed if you want to sit and read. Breakfast was decent but chaotic. Staff did not keep on top of making sure the coffee machine was filled and long queues formed. Overall, staff were not overly helpful, apart from the nice man who cleaned our table at breakfast. Reception staff were not very friendly. They also mistakenly gave one of our friends a key to a room that was occupied (at 2am) This must have been quite scary.
