Very friendly staff, good location near bus/train and a nice sculpture park

I had a very nice stay, and the staff and Breakfast were great. The only issue is with the plug in the sink that kept getting stuck and had to use force to remove

We opted for this hotel based on parking availability. However we are pleased to report that our room was spacious and well equipped and at a good price. A full breakfast was included and we enjoyed Armenian food at the restaurant in the evening.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. They give out good recommendations where to have dinner, and some of the popular sites to visit. The location is within walking distance to Old Town. The breakfast that is included has a god variety of food items. The rooms are worn in spots, towels are old, The floor material is low budget. Average quality for medium rates.

Great place to stay but the staff didn’t mention that to use the spa carries an extra charge till I was checking out, paid 80€ for the dip in the bubble bath which was nearly double vs. the cost of the room for the night.

Hotel was ok, a bit out of the tourist area (20 min walk), the spa was out of service, which was disappointing as it was one of the main reasons why I booked this hotel.

Nice hotel with large, clean, comfortable rooms. We only stayed one night, but it was nice to have the sitting area with the couch and the small kitchenette. The breakfast area was very nice and roomy with a small but adequate selection of food and good coffee.

Bardzo dobry hotel. Bezpłatne miejsca parkingowe na ulicy przed hotelem. Wyśmienite śniadania. Czajnik, kawa, herbata w pokoju. Bardzo polecam.

Good location, modern hotel, spacious room, adequate breakfast, nice terrace area for drinks, etc. Only (minor) let down was their WiFi ... forever dropping out and a pity one cannot claim Hotels.Com reward nights, although booked via the site.
