The breakfast option was not great in terms of selection. Wish there was a kettle in the room and at least one complimentary bottle of water. It was very clean however and the staff were very friendly. Good size bathroom and shower.

Save your money and go anywhere else but this hotel!!! We had literally just stepped in and were bringing our luggage in when we were told abruptly and very rudely “close the door” before any kind of welcome. We then were told that we needed to hand in our room key each time we went in and out of the hotel for “safety reasons” which we have never had to do anywhere else, this made us feel very uncomfortable leaving anything in the room even if it was just our luggage. Once we got to our room we firstly noticed that there were multiple mosquitos and insects flying around and that our room was muggy and warm so as we went to turn the aircon on we realised that it wasn’t working so we asked the hotel staff about this and were told it was previously a cold night so we’ve turned the heating on. We were then made aware that they worked off 1 system only which isn’t very accommodating especially being a hotel. When speaking with the hotel staff on checkout, we gave feedback on our stay and the response we got was “write a review” so here it is. The staff throughout our stay were all very rude, obnoxious and not bothered at all. We would not recommend this place to stay no matter what. Honestly save your money and book anywhere else but here. We’ve never had an uncomfortable stay anywhere like this before.

This hotel is a hidden (literally) gem! Great staff, super comfy bed and great shower. Tucked next to some great bars, shopping restaurants

This place was a little hard to find but its a gem and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Bed was fantastic too.In an awesome spot close to the Rialto Bridge.

It is the perfect hotel for Venice.

Great location in Venice, easy to find from the airport water bus stop and walkable to the city attractions. Hotel was beautifully decorated, rooms very clean, staff friendly and breakfast tasty. There was a lovely little pub around the corner with reasonably priced drinks and snacks. Would definitely recommend

We would highly recommend! The room was very clean. Air conditioning worked wonderful. All hotel employees were helpful. The location was also perfect.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Bartolomeo! Staff was great and rooms were clean. My only qualm is there was a light mildew odor in our room but i must imagine that most of these buildings deal with the water issue constantly. Bed are firm so bring your pillow. Otherwise, fantastic location and highly recommend!

The staff was outstanding. Upon arrival our room had a bad odor and we were immediately switched. The building is very old and has tremendous character; don’t expect everything to be perfect. Our room was on a bit of a slant but we slept well and the location can’t be beat!

Plenty of shopping available and close to the Rialto. Air conditioning excellent. Room was clean, bathroom excellent with a modern shower and staff friendly.

Beautifully renovated. Wonderful staff, excellent European breakfast I highly recommend,extremely affordable. I had a great reservation in booking this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely stay here again. My hotel tonight in Bologna is over $1000 a night.

Happy with the staff and location. The bed could be more comfortable but I only stayed a couple of nights so I didn’t mind as much.

The best time of our trip at this cozy lovely Hotel we love everything 🙌!!! After checking so many places this is definitely the best option ever ! The service was amazing and so welcoming We Love 💕Carolina 🇮🇹 and her twin sister both are the best 💕🇮🇹 gave all the information for restaurant and gondola rides also we love the breakfast ❤️🤍💚 cooked by Belissima Pierina not sure if im spelling her name right 🤗 Great location so close to the Ponte Rialto and super convenient! I can’t wat to come back. Thank you very much !!!!
