Nice view of the city, close to everywhere too

Overall, it was actually okay. The room was very spacious and comfortable, with a nice view, good facilities, and friendly service. The AC wasn't very cold. It was only a little faint, even though the technician had fixed it, hehe.

I left something in the cupboard, but it's hard to contact them because the hotel number wasn't provided, for privacy reasons.

Sheets, blankets, pillowcases, and towels should not be used by customers if they are dirty or even black. This will negatively impact the hotel's image. We ultimately decided to check out because the bed was infested with mites, and our bodies were itchy. Please fix this immediately so your business can continue to thrive and succeed.

The sheets and bedcover were dusty. The floor was dirty, especially under the bed.

The towels need updating, the room is ok

First experience: security was unfriendly, tended to underestimate guests, the corridor to the room was poorly lit, the bathroom was poorly maintained, there was a lot of moss in the corners of the room.
