Second time staying here because the atmosphere is calm, for those who are bored in the city of Jogja, Kaliurang is very suitable to stay, the staff is very nice.

This homestay is located in a strategic location in Kaliurang. While it is not as crowded as some larger hotels, it offers easy access to popular spots such as Warung Ijo, Ullen Sentalu Museum, scooter rentals, Plunyon Kalikuning, and others. The surrounding environment is pleasant, with a cool breeze that eliminates the need for AC. The property features lush greenery and an outdoor seating area with a spacious table, perfect for enjoying the hillside forest view—or even playing board games. Overall, it was a great stay and highly recommended for budget-friendly accommodation in Kaliurang. Note: In the morning, you may spot groups of monkeys roaming around.

OK, not bad if it's just for sleeping

I was moved to another hotel because the rooms were suddenly full even though I had booked it a long time ago, luckily I got a better room🙏

The place is quiet and very close to the hill, perfect for chilling out, there are still monkeys that come down to play in the hotel area, it really feels like returning to nature, close to the viral coffee shop Rumah Rasa and Warung Ijo Pak Pardi which are hits of all time, just a short walk, the atmosphere at night hanging out at Warung Ijo Pak Pardi while drinking hot ginger is very memorable, this is one of the recommended hotels in Kaliurang, a must try if you come here,

The place is in a high place, so it is very cold. No AC in this hotel, but what for? The view is amazing and quiet.

Overall nice tempatnya. Pelayanan oke. Next time insyaallah bakal balik lagi kesini.

Suasananya sejuk, pemandangan bagus, enggak ada air panas-nya, tapi air-nya dingin dan segar. Kamar-nya standar untuk harga segini sudah cukup bagus, hanya kadang ada cicak di kamar masuk tiba-tiba karena sekitar-nya bukit-bukit pohon, enggak ada AC karena di sini dingin, tinggal minta handuk aja kalau butuh sama yang jaga-nya, bapak receptionist-nya juga baik sekali, maaf ya pak enggak sempat pamit check out tadi. Di sekitar banyak warung makan, pokoknya baguss dan nyaman.

Lama saat check in karena pegawai sedang di dalam kamar staff, jadi sampai harus whatsapp+dm instagram hotelnya. Masuk kamar pertama, keset kakinya banyak semut kecil-kecilnya dan pintu kamarnya gak bisa dikunci dari luar. Tapi, untungnya bisa pindah kamar yang lebih bersih, luas, dan terkunci pintunya. Tetap nyaman dan senang bisa staycation di sini, karena dekat dengan fasum dan warung makan.

The bathroom was dirty, there was no bottled mineral water, the first time I came the TV turned off and asked to be repaired even though only 4 channels, when I checked in the breakfast info was delivered to the room at 8 in the morning but waited until 8.30 it didn't come, confirmed again it turned out to be sent directly to restaurant, checked at the restaurant at 9 o'clock it wasn't ready yet apparently still waiting for a long time + queuing ☹.

Nice view, location near the forest, what needs to be reviewed is the placement of gas for the water heater.

Bad service. Pay for breakfast. I don't know where the breakfast is. At the receptionist there is no one on standby. Even checking out finally just left the key on the desk.
